Perfect job, start to finish. Punctual arrival, covered boots to avoid soiling any carpets. carried new toilet up the stairs, removed old toilet and drained carefully to avoid any mess. Fixed broken floor ring re-did bolts and wax ring, tested fully and carried out old toilet. Excellent deal with the coupon. Owner followed up to make sure I was satisfied with everything.

It went well. I had a new toilet installed. Unfortunately, I still have leak in the pipe to deal with somewhere, but that is not the plumber's fault. I will use this company again.

Ryan was very good ..... did what he was supposed to do and in a timely matter, the only complaint I have is that he had to leave to go get a part for the toilet and water line and I was charged for the 45 min he was gone ....... he arrived at 8:45 and was done at 11:45 ...... I already had paid for 1 hr labor from The Big Deal and was charged an additional 2 hrs. labor. I am happy with the service and the professionalism and will use them again but I do feel as I was over-charged.

Updated Monday, August 3, 2015 Following a report I sent to Angies's List on Fonseca Plumbing, I received a letter from the owner, concerned about my satisfaction. Let me be clear. The work they were hired to do was fine. The Plumber was polite and did a good job. I was impressed with the fact that the owner cared and offered me a free drain service. While I do not need this service now, I must say they are obviously honest and anxious to please their customers.

Seemed to have problems at first but came through. Very conscientious. Had to return for a minor adjustment, but came quickly and quickly took care of the problem without additional charge.

Just great! Zane made a prompt appointment & showed up on time. He brought along several faucets from which to choose for installation, then did a professional job at completing the installation. He also noticed a drain problem under the sink, & suggested a quick & easy fix that we approved! We are very pleased & satisfied with the service.

Called to have sewer line checked , all draining water would come up in back yard through sewer vent pipe , told me they would be here. The next morning between 830-9 , and were here at 815 . Quickly got to work and found there were roots in the line Told me all my options and what to do . Very happy with service

My husband discovered our kitchen sink drain was clogged at 11 PM. He tried to clean it out that night with the drain snake we had with no luck. The next morning he bought a stronger snake and still wasn't able to clear the clog. He found Fonseca Plumbing on Angies List and called around 12 pm. They were at our house within an hour and a half. They brought the right equipment to get the drain cleared out and complete a more thorough cleaning of the drain line. My husband pointed out a leaking pipe in our basement and they were also able to fix it on the spot. Two technicians completed the work. They were both polite, neat, and efficient. We are very happy to have found Fonseca Plumbing and plan to use them for any future plumbing needs.

It went very well. He arrived on time, he was efficient, and worked really fast.

we discovered water in our utility room but we couldn't locate the source of the water. i called them at about 6:30 pm and talked to zane fonseca who was on his way to a service call. he told me he would come over when that was done in about an hour and a half. he called back in 5 minutes to say he had an employee who lived in the area and that he would send him over to find the problem. his employee showed up before 7 pm located the problem with in 15 minutes and left to get the correct tools and supplies for the job. by 8:00 pm zane and his employee both showed up and went to work they fixed both the leak and cleared a clog we had plus rerouted the drain for the washing machine all in less than an hour. when they were done i talked to zane about our plans to change to a tankless hot water system. he took the next 10 minutes explaining why that would be a bad idea for us starting with the fact that we have an older home and the water pipes were only 1/2" diameter and they could not supply water quick enough for a tankless hot water system to be efficient both into and out of the system. this time he spent could have been used by him to get the job of installing the system but he chose to use it to explain how we would not be satisfied, in order to get the system to work we would have to change the piping through out the house which would have been a huge and expensive job since we are on a slab so the pipes are not easy to access. all in all i feel they did a very good and quick job and saving us the cost and chance of being unhappy with the tankless system.
