The team was willing to evaluate the various ideas i had for relocating plumbing for a washer hook up. Once we determined the most practical path they got right to work and this particular task was done in one day. The team was easy to work with and talk to.

We were very impressed with the service we received. I called around 8:00 AM because we had water flooding in our basement, and someone was at our home before 9:00 AM. The plumber who came was friendly and knowledgeable, and he quickly fixed the problem. Would definitely call them again.

Called in the afternoon needing the job done the next day. Came out next day and got the job done.

After a lengthy discussion on issues with some of the work we worked it out & the owner apologized. Issued a refund after some misunderstanding on my part.Went out of there way to make things right.

I was impressed with their attentiveness to finding the solution to my problem with water leaking on to my basement floor, around my laundry area. They were true professionals, friendly, and I felt safer with them wearing ppe inside my home.

I was very happy with the entire process. When I called I was able to to get an appointment within a couple of days which worked with my schedule. The plumber called 20 minutes before showing up to let me know he was on the way. After checking out the spigot he carefully explained the two options- fix or replace. I opted for the fix. He performed this quickly. I would highly recommend Fonseca and Griffin.

They even took the time to explain what they think happened and answered all questions about how to prevent in the future and what the next steps would be if the first fix didn't work.

They explained the possibilities and what they could do to try to find the source of the problem. They went methodically through the system, and found the source, fixed it, thoroughly cleaned up after themselves, and were friendly and professional throughout. It was a real pleasure doing business with them!

I want to recommend Fonseca and Griffin Plumbing in East Syracuse. I called them about 2 months ago to fix a leak under a bathroom sink. Plumber Jason came and fixed the leak. But the problem reappeared today and Jason juggled his work schedule to return immediately to fix it. Turns out that the new leak was from a different source than the original problem—nonetheless, Jason and the company agreed to adjust the charge for the second visit in a very fair manner. I judge a company both by their expertise and customer care—and give Fonseca and Griffin high marks in both areas!

Excellent phone service and the gentlemen they sent out were very polite. I needed it replaced during the pandemic. The company was informative and professional. None of us wanted to be replacing a water heater during that time of course, but they made the process quick and easy.

They were fast, professional, and solved the problem. They also came back to get the furnace and hot water heated because our gas was shut off due to flooding. There was a lot going on and a flooded basement was the last thing we needed, but Fonseca & Griffin went above and beyond to get us back to normal. They also gave me some good DIY advice on a project that I thought would cost a fortune. I highly recommend them.
