I was well satisfied with the install. Sometime I will have the same work done in my downstairs bathroom and will be sure to call them again.

Called on a Sunday & they called back within 5 minutes. Set appointment up for the next morning & they were here when they said they would be. (Still haven't even heard back from one company I called) Sewer was cleared and we were very pleased. Dustin was very conscientious & meticulous. We will definitely use them again.

I want to immediately say these guys deserve beyond an A+. I am a single female 1st time homeowner and I have been taken by so many contractors in the past. EVERYONE I talked with at Fonseca went above and beyond to be polite and even walked me through what to do when the bottom of my water heater leaked water all over my basement. Once Ryan came to replace the water heater, he explained everything and didn't make me feel like I was an idiot. The work was professional and extremely timely. I would recommend them 100 times over. We chose the fixtures with the plumber's specifications in mind and they were delivered to our home. Then the plumber arrived on the date and time we had set. The work was done professionally and quickly.

Two gentlemen arrived right on time. They removed and disposed of my old toilet and installed a new toilet in about 30 minutes. They left my bathroom cleaner than they found it. The service and value couldn't have been any better. Thanks!

C rating was based on their pricing. I strongly urge you to get a written estimate before you have them do any work. I needed a main water shut off valve and secondary shut off valve installed. First off the technician did a good job. He was there early and did the work that was asked. Where my issue is was I was quoted over the phone that the job would take an hour to complete and the valves I needed would cost about $25 and $55 +/- respectively. As it turns out, I was charged for 1.5 hours for the labor and $33 and $91 for the valves. Where I was expecting to pay around $300 +/-, ended up being over $400. The worst part about this was when I voiced my concerns over the costs, the owner came back with the typical now that you have paid me, I don't really care attitude. For me, they have priced themselves out of any future work. But where they lost me as a customer was because the owner was too greedy to work with me on the cost of the mis-quoted valves. I own more than one residence and am purchasing rental property that will need work. The best way to lose a customer is to screw them over on pricing. Was it worth the $50? My advice is do some competitive shopping. A lot of contractors do good work. Some are less expensive and will do just as good a job.

Had trouble getting through by phone at first, but once I did I got really detailed information, a quick appointment, and a job that was done well!

It went fantastic! They cleared all drains inside and outdoors and everything is great now!

Kevin was prompt as promised. He diagnosed the problem and had the necessary replacement part in the truck. He also diagnosed a second problem and fixed that as well, saving us a second service charge! He was able to fix our second problem as well. He was courteous and efficient.

They showed up on time, very professional with all the materials they needed. Finished within 2 hours and cleaned up everything when done.

Kevin came in and did a quick fix with a follow up planned for early July. He was knowledgeable and professional.

Zane came to my House on Monday and gave me an estimate. We scheduled to. have the Work done on Tuesday. Early Tuesday morning as they stated Fonseca Plumbing and Drain showed up and began the work. They completed the work in record time and explain the new system Fully. Very pleased with their work.

We appreciate their efficient response to our need. Although they were delayed from a previous job they did call when they were on their way. Upon arrival was very professional and did a proficient job. When they didn't have certain things to bring with them they used products we had on hand in our basement and completed the job without having to come back. We appreciate their timely work.

24 Hour Emergency service bologna!!!!! Called on Saturday evening with an EMERGENCY as the sewer was backing up into our basement. My mother has stage 4 cancer so not having a bathroom to use or water to run is not just an inconvenience, it is a serious issue of health - not to mention that raw sewage in my basement is not exactly healthy!!!!! Pretty sure they were too busy watching the Syracuse Final 4 game and that's why they didn't bother to answer..........But after leaving messages, you would THINK that a company that says they have 24 hour emergency service would at least call back the next day........Well, it is now Sunday at 10:30 am and we tried calling again this morning and got the answering machine again and still nobody has called back. We called another company and they answered and sent somebody right out who is here now and is awesome!!!!! THAT company will be getting a great review. THIS Company might want to not advertise 24 hour emergency service if they don't actually provide it.........I will NEVER call this company again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ryan met me and went through the issues I was having with sewer which had backed up. We located the septic clean out. I left and he worked hard for 2 hrs approx cleaning out the lines. There was an issue with the needle value for the fridge water line but Ryan came back a few days later and corrected the problem. Thanks guys!

I called Angie's List and they called also and got no answer.

There was a little confusion about their scheduled time, but we were able to adjust the arrival time and they managed to remove the old faucet, which was difficult to access and install the replacement. They were polite, covered their shoes and didn't charge beyond the initial one hour price. I'd certainly call them again.
