Description of Work: They came at the end of the approximated time of arrival. The man was able to figure out what was wrong and did a temp fix (this is on a furnace purchased thru Falso 2 years ago). He said the warranty did not cover the part and when I talked with the office on the estimate, they gave me a figure of $1000. I did not choose to use them nor go ahead. I did contact another heating place who said the approximate cost to repair and replace would be about $350 including labor.

Description of Work: Furnace failure. Tough diagnosis, but eventually fixed. Other problem--Parts costs are horribly inflated. Condensate pump, quoted $280+ 50 install. Purchased on web for $60.
