We have had them before also. They picked out a good unit for us. We had them just come in and do everything with it. They brought a good color feel, and it was a very good model. It wasn’t just a junk one like we get at a retail chain or something like that. They did a complete job. They did a very good job. They had a good plumber here. I had no complaints with anything that was done. With regard to price, they were fair. I don’t think they were overpriced, but they weren't cheap either. They are a good plumber.

Jesse did a very good job. He were very professional and honored the 5% discount for Angie's List members even though I did not have the coupon. I plan to use them again. I would recommend them.

Great, estimate was indeed completely free as described. They showed me where they would have to cut into the drywall to even assess what the damage was, so I did it quickly for them to save some money. When they were able to see what the damage what it was a simple cracked plastic pipe that could be bought at Lowe's and installed by myself for much cheaper. I appreciate them looking at it and telling me how to fix it. They did offer to do it themselves but it was obviously much cheaper for me to do it myself. I greatly appreciate the free estimate and guidance, I will call again if I do need your service. A+

Called in for an est. on repairs to our employees urinal that hasn't been flushing right for months at work. Since I'm a member at Angie's List for my home , I thought I'd check out a company on the web. Came up with Penfield Plumbing who came and fixed the problem in one hour, from the time I called till the time he was done. Great job and very professional, definitely use them again.

Anthony arrived, on schedule, around 2 hours following my service request. I had a leaky water pipe connection in a difficult to access area below the floor under a kitchen sink that I had unsuccessfully tried to fix myself. He assessed the problem, proposed an approach, gave a cost estimate and completed the repair in around an hour. I was impressed by his professionalism, skill and pleasant demeanor.

They were prompt and efficient. Service was excellent. Price was fair.

Fantastic! Brandon was on time and after a quick evaluation and quote, got right to work. He completed the job in just about an hour and left the work area clean, as if he had not even been there.

I called this morning and they were at my house by 2:00 pm. They had to use a professional snake to get the clog out. He was very nice, explained everything before he started and how much it would cost. While he was working, he kept the place clean. I'm happy with the work and I would recommend them to a friend.

Installer was late by about a half hour, my place was his first stop of the day. I didn't get a quote until plumber arrived on-site and it was about double what I was expecting. Had to wait almost two weeks for them to get there. Installer was a kid, he was about 25. Charged me $320 for just installing a new garbage disposal and faucet that I had purchased from Home Depot. On the flip side, he was courteous and did a good job. Took him about an hour and half to do. Everything works fine. He gave me an estimate of $1100 to replace my hot water heater (includes the hot water heater). That's not going to happen.

Very well. Rob was so knowledgeable about what I needed. He was able to tell me where to go to replace the cap to my hot water faucet. He also secured my powder room toilet and could tell me why there was a problem with it.I highly recommend them!

Penfield Plumbing did a good job on this easy and minor repair. The line connecting the kitchen faucet handle/wand needed to be replaced. The job was completed in a professional and clean manner. There was a slight misunderstanding regarding their standard service charge of $45 which I thought could have been waived from my prior phone conversation. Otherwise, everything else went very smoothly.

I had a second problem with a pipe in the basement. I called Penfield Plumbing and this time I never received a phone call back. Very poor costumer service. I would never call them again nor would I recommend them.

The serviceman, Dave, arrived during the specified time period with all necessary tools and equipment in his service truck. Got to work immediately and finished in less time than expected at very reasonable price. His demeanor was very professional yet courteous and friendly. They are local and I try to use people close to where I live. The service went fine. It worked out well. I really did not interact with the people that came out because it was at an apartment that I own but the people at the apartment said that everything went very well.

We will certainly be calling Penfield Plumbing again. We called on a Monday morning and they were able to come right over and replace the entire unit. They were very professional and responsive to our needs.

We bought a water heater several years ago and had it installed by another company and it ended up getting red flagged by the gas company due to faulty installation. The other company refused to take responsibility. Penfield Plumbing took care of the problems promptly and we were able to get the flag removed.

I was very impressed by the quality of the job and their professionalism. The techs were very respectful, wore shoe covers at all times, and they were very clean themselves. They proceeded to guide me through what was needed to repair our leak and also gave me a quote for a future job in our patio. They were very clear and friendly and always reminded me I was under no obligation to do the jobs just because they were quoting them. I found that very reassuring. The job at hand was done quickly and neatly and it's been working fine for the last week. The company was recommended by a friend and also endorsed by an HVAC company we know and trust, and I double checked with Angie's List. They were all right. I will definitely keep using their services and would recommend them to anyone. They are not cheap, but you get what you pay for, which is fine with me.

The tech (Brandon or Brian maybe?) showed me that the existing pipe did not have a tilt downwards so that meant water did not drain which led to freezing and cracking in the winter (yes, this is the first time I'm using the faucet since the winter). He added a tilt and replaced the burst pipe and faucet. They were up-front about pricing, professional, courteous, quick. My only ding is the price, of course it could always be lower. :-D But, since this visit went as well as it did, I won't fault them on it. I'm willing to pay for great service, expertise, and thoroughness.

We called on a Sunday and was told the cost of the temporary fix, which was high. We opted for a Monday appointment. They were very accommodating and gave us an early morning appointment. Bob was our technician and he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He clearly identified the problems and showed us where the issue was. He was efficient in replacing the sump pump and connecting a temporary fix until the large job could be done.
