Description of Work: Storm sewers were blocked and required excavation. Price quoted seemed high but when I saw what was required to clear out (3 spots blocked, a lot of new pvc, rerouting thru basement etc I could see why. Knew what they were doing, Saved my sod for replanting, very skilled on the excavator in tight quarters.

Description of Work: This company installed a fiberglass tub unit in an old bathroom. They had to remove the old tub, drywall and install a new unit. This work was being done around the holidays. There was a mistake made and the first unit they installed was only a shower unit. They owned up to their mistake and immediately returned and removed that unit and installed another unit. The first unit that was delivered was damaged. They immediately ordered a new one. This company did make a mistake. But mistakes sometimes happen. What I like about this company is they had excellent customer service. Their customer service contact could not have been more accommodating. He apologized for the error and did everything possible to correct it. When the second unit was delivered damaged, he took care of that immediately also. I would definitely recommend this company because their workmanship is excellent and they stand by their word.

Description of Work: The router who came out did a thorough job cleaning and examining the current system for issues. The cost of the final project was a bit higher than expected but the results have been perfect over the last several months. I'd hire them again for smaller work but if I had a bigger job, I'd probably get a few local companies to bid on it... including PP.
