The plumber was very prompt and professional. He was here working, most of the day.by himself. Another man came to help remove the cement laundry tub. They removed all the debris and cleaned up so the area was cleaner than before. My husband and I were very impressed with them and will definitely be using this company again.

There was something that they didn’t have a part for. So they came back to install the part. The plumber told me that if there were any other projects that I wanted to have done, they would go ahead and do them and there would not be a service charge.

I was very satisfied with the work done by Penfield Plumbing. Out door faucet in the garage was leaking badly when turned on. It was the original faucet in our 1988 townhouse. The outdoor faucet in the back leaked slightly but was of the same vintage. I decided to replace both faucets. The water line to the back of the house faucet did not have an inside shutoff valve. I wanted one added. Plumber recommended a frost-proof, anti-siphon faucet for the outside faucet. I agreed and went with the frost-proof faucet. Bob the plumber knew exactly what he was doing. He changed out the faucets, added an inside shutoff valve to one line in about and hour. Very professional. We had a small leak in the shower faucet. When I called Penfield Plumbing I told them I had a Delta shower faucet. When Bob came he saw I had a Moen shower faucet. He had the proper cartridge on his truck and changed it out without any problems. Another good job.

Initially they were going to schedule an appointment for two days out. But when I described the problem, they made the appointment for the next day. The plumber who showed up was professional and neat. He explained what he thought was the problem and why and he looked for the least expensive solutions first. In the end, he had to use the big power snake, which added to the cost but there was no way around it. He resolved the problem quickly and helped us know how to prevent it in the future. I would definitely call them again.

I called on Monday morning and got a Tuesday afternoon appointment...faster than I expected! The appointment was for after 3:30 and he did not arrive until 5:30. But he was professional, neat and was very efficient in trouble shooting and getting fixing the problem.

They did an excellent job. They are very courteous. They arrive on time. They do an excellent job taking care of things and make sure everything is right. The price was good. I would hire them again in the future.

I was very pleased they did all the work they could the first day and needed some special parts, so they had to come again. Only charged for 1 trip and were lenient on their hours billed. The work was completed very nicely( best caulking job I have ever seen) they cleaned up very well. They also had some suggestions about waiting to replace some fixtures for several years to save me some money.

Service was quick and the solution was correct and complete. However, I marked them down in two areas: C for price. I thought the service cost was higher than necessary, but then it was an important service that I could not do myself, so ... C for professionalism. A small point perhaps, but the plumber did not use shoe covers (everyone else I've used in the last five years has been a stickler for using them), which reulted in "black water" -- if you know what I mean -- tracked across our kitchen and foyer. Not necessary.

I have hired Penfield Plumbing before. They had to back order something, and as soon as it came in they were out here. They act professional and friendly. They are great to hire. It is someone that you can trust.

Penfield Plumbing & Heating did very good. The plumber arrived on time and prepared. It didn't take long for him to unclog the drain, but he wasn't very professional while he was here. Overall, I was happy with them.

The foreman from Penfield Plumbing & Heating gives his employees very poor direction. The employees are very careless and thoughtless when they line something up. The carelessness creates more of an expense, and more work.
