Description of Work: I signed up for an Angie's List Big Deal on February 20, 2012 with Penfield plumbing last February. The deal was: Get a service call and 1//2 hour of labor for a total of $29. I didn't have any particular project, so when a friend needed a faucet installed I checked with the plumber and then passed the coupon on to her. The technician R.B. showed up on time and was professional in all respects. He advised my friend that she needed new turn off valves which he installed along with the faucet. He spent about an hour on the job and left everything in good order. The invoice did not list the time involved so I am not certain what their hourly rate is. He charged $123 for installing the faucet and valves plus the trip charge of $29 and $12.16 for tax. Sounds pretty good to me these days.

Description of Work: changed a faucet that I had totally botched up trying to repair. From start to finish everything was handled in a professional, efficient, and friendly way. I would not hesitate to use them again. I was thinking of inviting Alex, the service rep, to dinner I was so pleased with him.
