"Mitch was punctual and gave me a quote after going over front door lock choices. He said he would get it ordered and it would take a few weeks, which it did. Once the lock was shipped, he notified me, and again when it arrived. He installed it soon after and the fit is much smoother than the one it replaced. Good job at a good price. The photo shows the new lock and where the old lock used to be (need to paint the area above the new lock). My wife likes the new one. "

In addition to that, the first thing they did was lay a drop cloth from the front door all the way to the bedrooms, which they were painting, they did not t have a loud blasting radio while they were working, and they were very polite.
