They were fine. They came, did the job, were there all day and if I remember correctly finished by the end of the day. The steps turned out nice. The people were fine.

They never responded to my phone inquiry!

We used Pitti Brothers in the past and were pleased with the quality of their work so we contacted them in May of this year to put in a small patio for our new grill. We were given a time frame of 8 - 12 weeks. This would still mean we would have the patio for most of the summer, so we agreed to do the work. The entire summer we called and emailed them to get them to schedule the job. Sometimes we were told we never contacted them (I offered to send copies of our phone records and emails to prove the contrary), other times they said they would get back to us. They never called us back. We were told that the job was very small, so they had to put it together with another job in the area. Finally, in September, my husband got a call from them saying they were coming the next day. In spite of the fact that it was only one day's notice and the summer was over already, my husband called them to say we wanted the work done. My husband stayed home from work (with one day's notice). Late morning, they still hadn't showed up. When he called them back, they said he never returned their call and they weren't coming!! They already sent their men out somewhere else and they wouldn't do the job. They apologized and said the next time they could do the work would be the beginning of October. Well, it is now November and we have not been contacted. Basically, they jerked us around for the entire summer instead of just telling us the job was too small to be worth their while. We had to squeeze our grill on to our existing space all summer instead of having the patio we planned. I would have recommended them before this experience because they did a nice job for us in the past, but now I would say - unless you have a job which will cost a lot, do not use Pitti Brothers. They will treat you shabbily. NEVER WOULD I RECOMMEND THEM NOW.

Provider contacted me and we scheduled a date/time for him to come by and give us an estimate. Appointment was for a Sunday morning between 9am and 9:30am. This date and time was at the providers request....he said he did all his estimates on Sundays. We waited until 9:45 am on the scheduled day.....provider never called to say he was running late nor did he call to cancel. We called and left him a voicemail letting him know that we were dissatisfied with his unprofessional behavior and were not interested in doing business with him.

From start to finish the Pitti brothers (Joe and Danny) did an excellent job. They are both very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and the work they do is outstanding. Their professionalism comes through in every step of the process. Joe comes to give a thorough estimate with the most fair pricing you will find in the area. Danny and his crew are amazing. The work ethic and quality can't be beat. They work nonstop until everything is done and there was abslutely nothing to clean up after they left. Danny was here every step of the way. Our walkway, retaining wall and driveway came out even better than we had hoped! They were worth the wait! We are already starting a wish list for future projects.

Estimate call was answered quickly and appointment was kept on time. Job was set and confirmed. \Arrived ten minutes before start time and proceeded to do the job immediately and finished in a timely manner. Very Professional and the result was beautiful.

They work very fast and very professionally. One of the brothers was on the job the whole time. The estimate was exactly as he said it's going to be. No more, and no less. I thought, the price of their job was extremely reasonable. I would surely use them again in the future.

Joe Pitti provided a fair estimate. Dan and his crew did the actual work. You can tell these guys have been working together for a long time. There was not much talking or directing. It seemed everyone knew what to do. Punctual in the morning and worked a good honest day every day. The crew finished what I would consider to be a large job in 4 1/2 days which is exactly what Dan estimated. They worked quietly and all the guys were very polite. The craftsmanship is great, typical of folks that have been doing this a long time. Curves and tricky cuts came out very well. The new patio looks great. I have to say that these guys have plenty of work so you have to be prepared to wait before the work actually starts. Once they are on the job they work quickly. Still the work was worth the wait and we plan to get another estimate for the driveway. Very satisfied with the work.

This contractor promised a start date ..called just before starting the job to confirm start of work and completed in a timely fashion with no problems. Very good job!

I didn't hear from him in a while, he said he could do the job in 3-4 weeks after the proposal was accepted. He said my job isn't a enough big job, calls me up, and said he could come the next day, asked for a few more days notice for the next appointment so that I could take the time off work. I never heard from him again, I finally called him because I got another estimate. He asked if I wanted him to do the job or not, and had an attitude said he could come in the next 3-4 weeks. He also kept getting me confused with another customer. He was very rude, and has bad customer service. Unless you have a big job, do not contact them.

The Pitti Brothers are committed to their workmanship and timely completion. Joe came by to see the site and gave fair quote on the spot. Work started on time as promised. Owner on site at all times. Dan and team did a great job ? very meticulous with the measurements and leveling every step of the way. They did an amazing job with the patio and front porch. For the stucco around the house, I had requested the ?textured? finish but I did not like the look of once applied. The next day they chipped away the newly finished wall and applied the ?smooth? finish for no additional charge. Overall great experience, will call them again next year for the driveway.

From the initial estimate to the final cleanup, Joe and Dan Pitti were a pleasure to work with on this project! I felt that they were honest, capable and trust-worthy. The crew was respectful of our property and took pride in the quality of their work. The cost estimate was detailed as to what the project would entail and the materials to be used, it was well-explained by Joe and priced competitively. Work began when scheduled, debris removed daily, and the project completed on-time (only 3 days) with the end result exceeding our expectations! My wife and I are very happy with our new driveway, walkway and patio, and have already received many compliments from our friends and neighbors. We wouldn't hesitate to use Pitti Brothers again!

Thank you, Pitti Bros. for my beautiful new driveway. We had an awful old asphalt driveway with more craters than the moon! Pitti Bros. ripped it up and replaced it with gorgeous cobblestone pavers. They worked non-stop for two days, and left us with a driveway too beautiful to use. Many of my neighbors and even my mailman are raving about it. The nicest part was how they took care of the neighbor next door to me whose driveway is connected to mine. They had to displace some of her bricks, and she was concerned that they would leave her with a mess, but Pitti Bros. fixed her driveway too, she made a joke that her driveway looks better now too. Meticulous job, thanks again.

They arrived early in the morning and worked for three days straight. Gorgeous outcome. The house looks brand new. Front stoop was made wider and looks so elegant. All garbage and materials were cleaned from property. They worked so diligently. I'm using them again for driveway and sidewalk replacement.

While we are waiting for the work to be completed, we are very satisfied with what we have seen thus far. Joe gave us a call back in a timely manner, arrived on time to look at the job and came in with a quote lower than what we were anticipating,

We wanted to replace the stoop for awhile and we called Pitti Bros. for an estimate. Joe Pitti came within a couple of days and we discussed what I wanted. He scheduled an appointment for us (about 2 weeks from the date of the estimate). Unfortunately the weather was bad but they came the following Sat at 8:00 AM as promised. The stoop is exactly as we wanted and the crew was professional and the work was completed by 2:00. Everything was cleaned up and we couldn't be more pleased.

When I first called Joe Pitti, he picked up the phone right away which I have come to realize is a plus in this industry. Also he called me back anytime I called him after that. When it came time to come over and give me an estimate, he was prompt. He came by when he said he would. Joe was very professional throughout the whole meeting and gave me a detailed proposal in writing. Something that I have learned is not done by everyone either. I liked the way he explained everything and his price was very reasonable compared to other estimates I had received. Since my job would only take half the day, he told me that this was his busy season and would be back to me in a couple of weeks to set up an appointment which would probably take place the day after he called. He was true to his word. He called me back within a couple of weeks and told me he could do the job that day if I was home. I told him to come on over. He sent his brothe (Daniel?) and a whole team of men who were professional throughout. I even told Daniel that I needed to have an additional crack filled in on my patio that I didn't think about earlier. They said "no problem". They fixed it at no extra charge. I also asked them to remove an old underground hose that was by the front steps and they pulled it right out for me. Their work was wonderful. My stoops are beautiful and look brand new. The stucco around the base of the florida room looks lovely, as lovely as cement can look! They not only cleaned up after themselves thoroughly (I had absolutely NOTHING to do afterwards, which is the way it should be) but they also coiled by front and back hoses and put them away neatly. They finished the job in two hours! I am very pleased and would recommend them very highly. Thank you Joe, Daniel and crew!

I felt that their price was reasonable for the work that they did. It seemed like it was not a big deal to do the job. They were the only company that gave us the vibe that they were capable of doing the job. They came up with good ideas for the retaining wall. They clearly seemed like they knew what they were doing, they could do what we wanted them to do and it wasn't a big deal. They were on time, they were here when they said they would be here, they did amazing work. They were clean. We had an issue and they fixed the issue. My husband came home from work and didn't like a part of what they had done that day. We called them and they answered our call at 8:00 at night. All the way through they were just really, really easy to deal with, professional and I would highly recommend them.

The Pitti Brothers, Joe and Danny, did everything they said they were going to do on time and at the agree price. They were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them.

From the first call to the end of the job, Pitti Bros. were professional and a pleasure to work with . The finished product is beautiful and worth the money. There was no issues, no hocus, pocus.

We hired this contractor to do the job after he came and did an estimate. Unfortunately, the job was never started although we expected Pitti to show up on 3 separate occasions to do the job. If they were not able to make it, they should have given a call because we made sure that we stayed home on the days that they were supposed to be here.

They arrived on time and finished by the end of the day. Very neat and did a great job.
