They took their time on everything. It was all done perfectly. They removed my old driveway, and put a new one in. They carted away all of the old concrete debris. They did extra work for me for free. Everything they did was careful. I was very appreciative of all the little things they threw in for free. They are very easy to get a hold of.

He explained that for the small job I needed done, he would not be able to perform it at a reasonable price due to the large size of his crew. He told me what price range I should look for. He had a really nice personality. Based on this phone call, I would recommend consulting with Joe because he came across as very honest and caring. I was really impressed.

They were fantastic. They were excellent.

Never got off the ground since they could not be bothered to get in touch with me. Poor customer service.

Joe Pitti and his crew were very professional and easy to work with. The job was completed on time. Joe was very patient, answering all my questions happily and sometimes with a joke. I was especially appreciative of Joe's respect and sensitivity to my family's religious observances. He did not call or come by during that time.

Dan Pitti and his crew were wonderful to work with. Dan Pitti was on site everyday working with his team. They were reliable, punctual, and were excellent masons. They took pride in their work and it showed in the finished product.

In 2012 Pitti Borthers (Joe and Danny) installed two brick stoops, two additional sets of steps, and a brick walkway. The steps were topped with blue stone treads. Since the work was completed several of the blue stone treads have separated from the mortar base. In some cases, significantly. In February of 2015 I contacted Pitti brothers via Angie?s List email and to let them know I would like the work repaired. Joe responded saying they would perform the repair in late March once they?re season starts. They never came. I have attempted at least once a month since February, writing this as of mid-September, to contact Joe Pitti and get the work completed. I have spoken to him several times, each time he says they?ll be there next week and that they?re busy. I waited patiently, but they never came. I left one last vmail for Joe last week on his cell number letting him know that if I didn?t hear back I would look for another service provider. I never heard back. Too bad, I liked these guys... ******UPDATE (As of 10/20)****** In response to the contractors reply there are a few errors that need correcting: 1. The timeline was not misunderstood. I emailed, left vmails, and sent text messages over the course of months. I stopped receiving reply's so I had to move on. I'd be happy to post the email thread here if a reminder is needed. 2. The damaged was not from the railing installation. There are at least blue stone 7 treads that released from the mortar beds, none of which are connected to the railing in any way. Joe did call me last night (10/19), I assume in response to my review, to ask if the repairs have been done. I did most of the repairs this past weekend myself. Joe's indicated he would do the rest. I'll report back how it goes. ************************************

Arrived promptly oversaw workers fair price satisfied

I contacted Pitti Brothers thru Angie's list and received a prompt response. Joe Pitti came over within the week. The estimate was detailed and the price was good. We had gotten other estimates and no one else had gone into any detail but Joe did, it was thorough and included an estimated install date. They came within the timeframe promised and the work they did was impeccable. They did everything listed on the estimate and more. The job was completed in 2 days and we could not be happier.

All calls were answered promptly. Arranged meetings were all timely. Work was done very quickly, neatly and well. We cannot attest to price as we did not do any additional quotes. We had read prior Angie's list reviews and as others said the prices were competitive we accepted the price quoted.

Joe and Dan Pitti were great to deal with. Joe quoted the job and listened to what we wanted. He explained the work to be done and scheduled a completion date. Dan showed up with his crew on time on the date promised. His crew was very professional and the Pavers turned out beautifully-even better than expected. When they were done the work area was completely cleaned. You could not tell anyone was there! Pitti Bros. Masonry is one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with, True to their word and honest. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any type of masonry work.

I called and spoke with Joe Pitti twice and set up 2 appointments to have him come and give me an estimate. He never showed up or called that he could not make it. I know he must be busy but this is ridiculous.

In June 2014 they installed a beautiful paver patio in my backyard with a wrap around to and beyond the frontyard gate, repaired multiple dips/cracks in my sidewalk and filled in a small garden area with matching paver brick. I called in mid April 2015 to explain that there's a white/chalky substance on a section of the bricks which I thought might disappear in time. Mr Pitti said they would come by and eliminate it. I am patiently awaiting their arrival. I understand this is a busy time of year, but it is now 2 months since my call.

From the first phone call to the day the work was completed it was nothing but an extremely pleasant and professional experience. I dealt directly with Dan, one of the owners. He came promptly and gave me an estimate and a time frame for when the job would be completed. They were able to fit me in to their schedule ahead of the time I was given. On the day of the job, the crew arrived promptly and were courteous and professional. Dan arrived in the morning with his crew to make sure that all specifications of the contract were clear to all the workers and he came again before the work was completed . They worked quickly and efficiently and did a complete cleanup when they were finished. My new walkway is absolutely beautiful and all of the other work they did was done with great care and skill. I will definitely use them again if I need further work.

I rang them up three times over a period of 15 days, the last call being on 5/7/2015 at 09:06 am. Every time I left a message and my number. But they NEVER called back. I wonder what kind of professionalism is that?

No work was performed because they did not respond to my message.

Joe came to my house on March 24, 2015 to give me an estimate, the job was completed on April 15, 2015. I was told by other Masons I would need to replace the bricks on my stoop not so, Joe was able to use the existing bricks which ended up saving me a lot. I would highly recommend Joe Pitti, for his HONESTY AND EXCELLENT WORK!!!!

The new driveway looks fabulous. After I called and scheduled an estimate, the owner himself came to the house, checked out my driveway and front porch and steps and gave me an estimate and we scheduled the time. They showed up on time and the owner was on site the entire time (2 days). The brick pavers on the front steps were crumbling and a serious safety issue. They steps now not only are fixed but look better than before. The concrete driveway and crumbling apron were broken up and removed and new concrete poured for the apron. Brick pavers were laid on the driveway to match the sidewalk and front porch. The whole job was started and finished when promised, and when they were done everything was cleaned up completely. The new driveway dramatically improves the curb appeal of my house. I am extremely happy and would recommend Pitti Brothers without reservation.

I contacted Mr Pitti on 3/23/15 through Angie's List messaging and left him a voicemail on 3/24/15. I received a message through Angie's List messaging on 3/24/15, that I should receive a call shortly that day. I did receive a call on my home # at approx. 2pm stating that Mr Pitti was returning my call, but since it was during the day, I was at work. Again I used Angie's List messaging and notified Mr Pitti that since I work I can be more readily reached on my cell # during the day. I received a call on my cell on 3/26/15 from Mr Pitti, that he would swing by and take a look and call me to provide an estimate. Additionally, I also uploaded several pictures through Angie's List messaging that same day to give him an idea of what the project looks like. I have not heard from Mr Pitti since then. I have requested an update on 3/29/15 through Angie's List messaging and still no answer. I understand he may be busy, but a courtesy call is not too much to ask for. I have contacted 3 other masons, 2 from Angie's List and all of them have contacted me already. I am in the process of obtaining estimates from all of them now. Unfortunately, I will not be using Mr Pitti. I also wanted to say that I am required to put in a Approx. date of service, even though no service has been performed.

Left a brief message on his answering machine telling him what I was interested in doing and left my #. No one called, so I have to assume that all the negative comments about calling are true. I would also assume that the negative comments about his work are also true. Therefore, even if he does call me now I would not be interested in hiring him

We got them off Angie’s List. They were very good. The workers were very nice.

It was excellent. They came within a day or two when i called. They honored a coupon. They cleaned up well. I have no complaints, nothing but good to say about them.
