Description of Work: On 11/11/15 at 11:35 AM i left a detailed message for them regarding the specific services I was requesting with my return cell contact number. To date they never called back. It also further means that they do not have a business office but wk out of mthe residence or at least do not employ office front office help.

Description of Work: Fixed loose & falling out bricks & crumbling cement in my stoop. Work was good & with no added costs, but it took a very long time for them to come back & do the work after the initial estimate. 9 weeks when I was told 3-4. Took a bad comment on Angie's List to get them to come out. Then they came the next day. Good work. No complaints about that.

Description of Work: Pitti Brothers replaced our front steps and walkway as well as our back entryway. We are very pleased with the results and are impressed by how good the new entry makes our home look. The work was done quickly and neatly and they were quite easy to work with. Description of Work: Absolutely nothing! I am beyond disgusted with the way in which pitti brothers has ignored me. They were initially responsive and returned my call and came & gave me an estimate of my stoop repair. Actually, gave it to my son after a quick look because he came early before I got home from work. Said he'd be back to do the work within 3 weeks. I called after 4 weeks had gone by. He said within the next 2 weeks. Three weeks later he called & said he'd be here by the end of the following week. That was LAST Friday. So all together I've been waiting about 9 weeks. I give up. If they showed up tomorrow I'd tell them to get off my property! Get these guys off Angie's list!

Description of Work: Pitti bros. tore down my old front steps and installed new ones. Blue stone steps with pavers in the middle of the top step and brick faces. They were prompt courteous, clean and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them.

Everything went well. I am happy with the work. The price was reasonable, they were on time, and cleaned up well. They answered all of my questions.
Description of Work: They tore down the deck and replaced with paverstone. They also installed paver stone on our driveway and walkway.

From the moment I made the first phone call I knew I was dealing with a company that was consciencious and reliable. They proved that over and over again on each step of the way - I called the first part of June and told them I needed a brick path in before the 16th because I was having a fence installed. They made an appointment to come to my home for the estimate. The gentlemen arrived exactly on time - explained and advised what had to be done - he gave me a price and told me he could have his men here on the 7th of June (which was perfect) - it would take about 1.5 days to complete. True to his word the men showed up on the 7th and actually finished on the 7th as well - I was told not to walk on the path for 24th hours and then everything would be set. The fence company showed up the the 16th and the rest is history with a wonderful ending and a completely satisfied customer - On June 19th I had 35 people over for my granddaughter's 4th birthday and everyone who arrived and walked down that path to my backyard remarked how beautiful it was. I would RECOMMEND the Pitti Brothers to anyone who is looking to have masonry work done. They would not be disappointed - the quality of work is superior.
Description of Work: Had a brick walkway installed on the side of my garage (which is attached to the house) the site is approximately 4.5 feet wide and 25 feet long - they matched the brick to the brick in my driveway which is in close proxsimity to the new path. They leveled the ground - used wet cement on the borders of the path and used an dry cement mix on the inside. There was a old wood deck type of walkway which they removed - bundled and tied in four foot lengths and placed on my curbside for the special pick up which I had to arrange for. All other debris was removed by them and taken away.

Because of rain on Monday, the company could not pour cement on another job, so they came to my house and ripped up all the cement. Mr. Pitti called me that evening and explained why they began work on Monday rather than Tuesday. They were back on Tuesday and completed the job before I returned home from work. Except for the earlier start because of the weather, everything went exactly as Mr. Pitti said it would. I'm pleased with the work they did and the front steps look great. I told them exactly what I wanted, they said they could do it and I paid them immediately upon completion. Everything went exactly as we agreed.
Description of Work: I called and spoke to one of the owners, Joe Pitti. He readily accommodated my need for an early Saturday appointment for an estimate. Mr. Pitti arrived on time, assessed the proposed job, gave me an estimate, and I asked when he could start. He said Tuesday was open. I agreed that he would replace my front sidewalk, the walk up to the front door, the walk immediately in front of the house to the driveway, and he would reface my front stoop with blue stone, brick and stucco. A previous contractor who had rebuilt the front stoop didn't do a good job and Pitti Brothers were able to even out the front steps.

Work was finished in one day within 3 weeks after acceptance of proposal as promised. Crew and Pitti Brothers were pleasant to deal with and did an excellent job. They removed all debris and left the area clean. As requested they moved the top soil from the patio area to fill in a depression left by an old cesspool.
Description of Work: New 15'x8' golden brown paving stone patio in back and replaced 18' concrete walkway from patio and rear door to driveway. Replaced concrete landing in front of stairs to first joint of sidewalk to street with 4" thick 4000 LB mix with wire mesh & expansion joints. Re-stuccoed foundation wall where broken (minor) and re-attached one loose brick on stoop.
