Description of Work: I believe the owner came to give me an estimate. He seemed uninterested to measure my driveway. Gave me an estimate 3000 dollars over the last numerous.estimates I have had.. Explained I had other work to do. He did not even look at the other work. He seemed like he needed a vacation or to retire. He was just going through the motions...
