Charged the church $500 upfront which I gladly paid. He needed to see around the foundation of the building and asked that we dig three holes. We had that done. When I called him to have him come back, he said that would be an additional fee. How could this be an additional fee, when we did not receive a report of the issue, which is why he was hired in the first place.
