Juan Medina is an exceptional engineer. He helped me design a dormer, house structure and was my inspector for DOB from start to finish. He is competent, generous, and professional all throughout. We were looking for a structural engineer to help us with our home renovations as we wanted to remove a load bearing wall. Juan was wonderful to work with! He was so kind and patient in explaining everything. We don’t know anything about this process so he took all the time we needed to answer all of our questions in a way for us to understand. He responds very promptly through text and calls. The price he quoted us was also much more reasonable than some other quotes we got. I would definitely recommend working with him!
