They do a great job, and I think they are great. They really are. I have had so many plumbers, and they are great.

We would not allow any of the work to be done because of the exorbitant prices we were given for both projects. The man who came to our home was on time and very polite. His company has to have a huge hole in their head to think that anyone would pay $389.00 for a new toilet installation and $189.00 for a new flushing mechanism which is about $15.00-$20.00 dollars for a new kit at your local hardware store. The installation is easy but we figured since the new toilet was going to be installed anyways we would let the plumber handle it also. We were charged $49.99 plus tax for the estimate and I was totally amazed that this company could ask such ridiculous prices. I immediately found a wonderful plumber for one third of Ray the Plumber's asking price who was not afraid to give me a price quote over the phone. I am very sorry that I ever called them in for this job. It won't happen again, I assure you!

I had a slow drain in the shower and sink upstairs. The tech came and snaked both. Before he left, he turned the shower on and water started pouring out of the ceiling in the kitchen. He then opened up the sheetrock and we saw the elbow drain had a rust hole in it. For another 900.00, he replaced the elbow pipe. the main problem is that the pipe he used was too big and came down below the rest of the sheetrock. He said they do not carry the correct pipe, I will have to go find it myself, or make an ornamental look with molding around the sheetrock. It would be the only one in the house like that. I called, he came back the next day, and said the pipe I need is cheap and they don't carry it. I have just today had a new plumber come in, said that ray the plumber was lazy and he should have gone to home depot like he did to get the correct pipe. I WILL NO LONGER EVER USE RAY THE PLUMBER AGAIN!

He is the best guy I have found. It was not overly expensive. It went very good.

Very professional, very honest and upfront. They did what they said they were going to do and for the price they said they were going to do it. They ended up having to jack hammer up our slab in order to get to the root of our plumbing issue and they were very careful about being neat and not spreading the mess. We were very impressed and would recommend them others.

I have used Ray in the past and was happy with the service. The faucet in the bathtub was leaking and it was getting worse - after various people (friends) attempted to fix it, it became clear it was a bigger job! I called Ray and they arranged a visit for the next day. It is $59.99 for them to come out, which gets applied to the total cost if you decide to have the work done. Neil came promptly, was courteous and knowledgable, and got the job done. Believe me when I tell you, this gentleman knew what he was doing. He allowed me to watch and explained exactly what the problems were and how he was going to address them. Initially I thought the price was a bit high, but after watching the level of expertise he displayed, I am convinced it was well worth it. He also reset the temperature control and it is working like a charm. I wouldn't call anyone else!

We called for help and they set up a time frame when they would come to our home. They called to let us know the technician was running a little late. They called again to let us know he was on his way. He arrived within the original time frame they gave us between 11:00 and 2:00. The technician removed the drywall on the ceiling to find the leak. They found the leak in the second floor shower in the wall and repaired the leak and cleaned up after themselves. They provided us with very reasonable quotes on other work we would like done in the house. We were very pleased with the price, the work and the professionalism of the organization. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a plummer and I will be using them again.

My first time calling them I had a problem with my washing machine. What a refreshing experience. They called before to confirm. Called half an hour prior to the representative's arrival to let me know they were "on their way". He was extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. He found the problem right away, fixed it and I asked if I could ask for him if any future problem arose. He said yes and gave me his card. When I had a leak in my bathroom upstairs and water came through the house, I called and asked for the same representative and they arranged to have him come at the exact time of my request. The problem was solved quickly, and a new "guts kit" had to be installed in my tank. I was given a price right away, and they had parts in the van. What an amazing experience. I was struggling trying to get a good plumber for the longest time and then someone told me to call Ray the Plumber. I am glad I did!tt tim

They estimated it would take $2,000 to fix a broken pipe in the foundation. My daughter got a another estimate from a different company and they estimated $200 worth of work and the leak was coming from the spicket on the outside of the house not in the foundation. They did not do a thorough job and I feel they were just trying to take advantage of my daughter. Luckily she got a second opinion. I would not recommend them.

Called RayThe Plumber at about noon on 12/2/13, by 3:00 p.m. Neil the technician was at my house and had diagnosed and fixed the problem. I was very impressed with his professionalism and the final outcome of his work.

Went really well. Mike the technician was extremely professional. He explained everything. My neighbor also hired him on the spot to replace her faucet. We would use this company again.

I used Ray the Plumber in 2011 to replace a waste pump in my basement. It was sort of an emergency deal, and they responded quickly, so I used them (despite what felt like a high price - $995). A year later, the pump stopped working and they claimed it was out of warranty, so they charged me $100. After they left, I realized all they did was stick a rod into the waste pump to loosen the float. Last week, it died again. They came quickly, but wanted to charge me another $1000 for a new pump. This time, I pulled the paperwork, and noticed the pump was actually still under warranty (3 years). They argued that although the manufacturer warrants it for 3 years, they only honor it for 1. They chose the product, marked-up and sold it (~160%) and installed it, but would not stand behind it or their service when it died twice in 18 months. The woman I spoke to was contentious, uninformed, and argued for payment of more than the pre-established 'house visit', even though I was disputing the service. I asked to speak to Ray, but he never called. As of now, I'm refusing payment. I found another plumber who installed a higher grade pump the next morning for $550 (Profera and Son - which I recommend). He was half the price and includes 2 years of warranty.

Shower works well now. There is no leaking at all and the technician even made sure the faucet was sealed properly so no water would get behind the wall. Total job was a little expensive , however the quick responsiveness of this company made it worth it.

I called the office to schedule an appointment. It cost $39.95 unless I use their service. When the technician showed up on time, he was neat, clean and respectful - I think his name was Richie - He diagnosed my problems, had the parts in his truck, gave me a written estimate that I signed and they waived the $39.95 fee, and he fixed the three leak I had at a good price. He even asked me to sign a letter that either I was 100% satisfied with the workmanship or why I wasn't. That's professional. That's a company who cares about their customers. Believe it or not, about an hour later, I got a call from the office and the nice lady asked me if I was satisfied with the job too! I would and have recommended Ray The Plumber to all my friends, relative sand my neighbors.....and they all use his services. Good job Richie or whatever your name was and Thanks to Ray The plumber - I now have a leak free home!

I called Ray the Plumber in the morning and spoke with Tina and she was very friendly and helpful and told me that she would have someone at my house that afternoon between 2 and 5. She called later in the afternoon to let me know that they were running a little late, but that they would still be coming that afternoon and that the plumber would call when he was on his way. I really appreciated the phone call keeping me in the loop. When Anthony arrived at 5:30pm, he was very friendly and professional and listened to my problem and told me what needed to be done. I also wanted a price on another project and he took his time looking at the problem and we discussed solutions to removing an old water tank that had not been in use for many years. He gave me his expert opinion on how this could be accomplished and made some suggestions (without being pushy) about the various options, including resurrecting an old outside faucet in the same area. Anthony told me exactly what I would have to do to make the area accessible and what they would be doing. I was very impressed with his professionalism and attitude. Anthony proceeded to replace the shower pipe and put back the shower head that I provided, and then checked for leaks and mentioned that the old faucet fixture in the shower was starting to leak slightly and that I should just be aware of that and keep an eye on it. This is a bathroom that gets very little use and I thanked him for letting me know. I was also impressed with the fact that he had put down a rug to keep dirt and debris out of my house while he worked. Anthony gave me a detailed, written invoice for the day's work and for the estimate for removing the water tank. I was very impressed with Anthony's work, attitude and professionalism, he is an asset to their company I will definitely call Ray the Plumber again and I will request Anthony.

We needed a plumber to look at the cause of water leaking in the basement ceiling next to the boiler. Ray the plumber came access the problem within a day of us calling. He was very professional, punctual and priced reasonably. we tried other companies and was told that someone would contact us within 2 days. Ray the plumber came the very next day and done the work the same day and also repaired another problem that we weren't aware of.

The job went well. I only had to do a little clean up after the plumber left. Cost was high and you have to pay extra if you want a guarantee

WHERE DO I BEGIN!! THEY CHARGE ME $50.00 JUST TO SEND SOMEONE TO MY HOUSE AND NOT DO ANYTHING. THAN THEY CHARGE ME ANOTHER $150.00 TO LOOK AT THE PROBLEM!! THAN THEY TOLD ME THE CHARGE WAS $750.00 TO FIX THE PROBLEM AFTER ONLY 45MINS OF WORK. THE PROBLEM DID GET FIXED BUT NOT WITHOUT A HUGE BILL AND A HUGE HOLE IN MY CEILING AT THE END OF THE JOB! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THIEVES !!!!!!!!!! I LATER SHOW 2 OTHER COMPANIES WHAT THEY CHARGE ME FOR AND THEY WERE $300.00 AND $275.00 CHEAPER AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE FIXED THE HUGE HOLE IN MY CEILING ALSO.

The technician Mike was informative and friendly. He told me everything that needed to be and what he recommended. He quoted a fair price and we are having our toilet installed this weekend. It was very a nice and pleasant transaction. I even spoke with the owner of company who was nothing but nice and stands behind all work that is done. More businesses should be like this and would definitely recommend Ray the Plumber to anyone. GOOD JOB!!!

Had to use in an emergency, Toilet still leaks I'm going to call my regular plumber to fix it.

I needed to change a hose in my washing maching I even had the hose the man who showed up obviously did not want to do the job as it meant going into a crawl space so they quoted me an astronomical amount of money. Of course I did not pay it. The service man was rude at best. I would never call these people again.

We needed to repair two outdoor faucets that were either leaking or had other problems, and our son wanted a brand new faucet to be installed by his boat on the side of our yard! A young man from Ray the Plumber, (I think his name was Mike) came and he was just awesome! He thoroughly explained everything to us that would need to be done, taking us down to the cellar to explain what he had to do, what new valves, etc., he would be installing and we gave him our full approval. He began working and in no time all the work was done and it was done so nicely, he had to cut into the ceiling in the cellar and what a nice neat job he did, he then took us all around the house and showed us everything he did and made sure everything worked properly before he left. We were so pleased and happy with new faucets! We will definitely use Ray the Plumber again.
