When I called to make an appointment to replace an existing central AC unit they answered the phone right away and we set up an appointment for an estimate. I have dealt with many contractors in the past and I immediately felt comfortable with Ali. He seemed extremely knowledgable and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. I had an appointment scheduled with another contractor for the following day and I cancelled it since I felt so comfortable with Ali. We set up a date to install the unit. He showed up exactly when he said he would, he completed the job in one day, and he cleaned up beautifully after the work was finished. He even did some work on another unit without charging me. The thing I liked most was he would promptly respond to my phone calls or texts. The unit works perfectly. I would highly recommend MSD heating and cooling

My Central Air conditioner stopped working last night. The house was extremely hot from the humidity and my 6 year old was battling a virus. I immediately went on Angies list and found MSD. I called and explained the sitution. He was extremely polite and assured me he would be able to get over to my house and check out the issue. He was professional, and prompt. When he came to the house he immediately noticed the issue, and the fixed it. He also checked out the entire unit and noticed that I was also low on freeon. He added freeon and then procedded to check out if the unit was working properly. During the entire repair he explained what he was doing and what needed to be done. It was refreshing to deal with an HONEST buiseness man, especially when it is an extreemely hot day out. I will use MSD for every heating and AC issues that may arise in the future. I highly recommend you putting his number in your phone cause he will become your go to repaor man for AC and heating issues.

Of course on one of the hottest days so far, our Central A/C stopped working properly. Air was circulating but wasn't cooling. My sister had used MSD before and recommended them to me. They arrived within an hour or so of my call and quickly diagnosed the issue. It turned out that the capicitor needed to be replaced. He had all the parts needed to do the work. It didn't even take an hour and our house was cool again. They were very courteous and professional and explained everything thoroughly. I was very happy with their service and will definitely use them as my go to if we ever have issues again.

honest man my friend recommended this guy and i give him call, he was nice and clear on the phone he got here on time and finished the job nice and fast he was really clean no mass reasonable price over all i was really happy with this guy i would definitely call him back and definitely recommend him

Pretty straight forward. Came and took a look at the system inside and out. Was very professional. Since it's my first year still of home ownership, wasn't sure about the lifespan of my unit. We asked if we could still go another summer with the current setup or required a new one, he walked us through how we can go a few years with it and pointed out key things to do to maintain the unit. Not much more you can ask for: prompt, professional, and super courteous.

I called set up an appointment . they were on time I liked the estimates started right away it took about a week to finish for a 2 family house. real nice people with a good attitude and a smile on there face. id call them again if I ever need a servise.
