One said they couldn't do the work. the other made an appointment for a quote, but never showed up, and we obviously never even heard from the third. We went to Pennysaver and found and obtained 3 quotes, and the job is now complete. Home Advisor/ Angie's List was no help. I will not use again. Complete waste of time.

I felt I needed to reach out to them instead of them reaching out to me when I was the customer. at one point, figured I had not heard from them and was ready to just find someone else. I had to call them and when I did reach them wasn't even sure they knew who I was. they gave me a quote on 2 unit choices with nothing more than the price and the manufacturer, I had to call them to get more info on the units and do my own research. other than communication, things went well, clean, on time, polite, fair price,

+ -1 moreI was very happy with my experience using this company. In the middle of a heat wave, right before the July 4th holiday, my AC stopped working. The man who installed it and had been servicing it was too busy to come for a week. I called MSD and was given an appointment for 8 AM the next morning. They were prompt and courteous, fixed my problem, and were reasonably priced. I will be calling them in the future.

+ -1 moreEverything went great. The crew arrived right on time and was very polite and professional. Ali explained everything beforehand and the work was done exactly as described. After installation there were some minor adjustments to be made and Ali responded right away and took care of the problem. He was also able to get the ducting corrected to a part of the house that hasn't had ac for many years. I was very pleased with Ali and his crew.

I did my homework and got several quotes but no one was as honest, reasonably priced and on point as he was! He checked the return, the air flow, the temperature at all of the vents, and the entire system. It had more to do with the age of the system and gave us suggestions on how a different filter could increase the air flow. He did all of this and refused to take any money for his time. He is a true honest professional and someone that we would recommend to everyone.

+ -1 moreAli's, (the owner) men showed up when they said they would. This was my daughter's condo. I got there a half hour before the men came. I found that my daughter didn't take the cover off the compressor. I called Ali to tell him what I found. He said his men were 5 minutes away and let them look at it. If that is all it is he would wave the service charge. After checking out the unit thoroughly they determined that the cover was the problem. The air was blowing cold. As Ali promised there was no service charge. It is refreshing to do business with a man of integrity. Not only will I call him for my daughter's unit but he gained a customer in me. His reviews are outstanding and now I know why.

+ -1 moreHe came on time and told me that I could run a new thermostat wire myself. He gave me detailed instructions to run a new wire. He said he would not charge me any if he didn’t need to perform any work, and he didn’t charge me a penny for coming out to my house. I bought the new wires, hooked it up and now my new thermostat is working!! Saved me hundreds. Very good and honest man, highly recommended.
Description of Work: I had trouble charging my Nest thermostat with my current wiring. I needed a common wire installed.

+ -1 moreEverything went very well. The problem was an easy fix. Stick with Angie's List. I've never been disappointed with any of the businesses they recommended.
Description of Work: My central air conditioning return vents inside the house were making loud banging noises every time the condenser went on. The banging was so loud I thought the unit was going to blow up. I called MSD and Ali came the next morning at the arranged time. He informed me that the metal filters we were using were causing the problem. I replaced them with the disposable paper/cardboard filters and the problem was solved. I found Ali to be very professional, honest and knowledgable. Will be using MDS Heating & Cooling for my AC and heating service going forward. P.S. I first tried another TV advertised service ("HA") that also recommends contractors. The company they sent wanted to sell me a whole new system for $10,000 to $13,000. Go figure.

+ -1 moreDecided to give MSD a call as I had another company over the house today to fix my AC and they were not able to repair it as they needed to order parts. Mehmet answered the phone and couldn't have been more professional/helpful. He spent 10 or so mins on the phone with me trying to understand the problem and give me advice. He unfortunately couldn't send some one out as he was super jammed with the current heat wave. I will not hesitate to call Mehmet again as he is a true professional and very knowledgeable.
