"This company is NOT reliable at all. I got this company through Angi's List. That was a waste. I called to schedule an appointment. The person never showed up. I called again and his response was, "I forgot." I gave another chance, scheduled the appointment and he did show up this time. However, now I never received my estimate. I called him again 2 times to get an estimate, and he stated that he would get the estimate to me that evening. Needless to say, this is the 3rd day and I haven't received anything yet. They are unreliable and I would not use this company at all now, because if they keep doing this then they will take your money and disappear."

I am super happy with how well the tile job came out and appreciate the really clean grout lines and clean up job the workers to remove the existing tiles, silicone and waterproof the area. "Mario and his team did a fantastic job. He is so easy to work with, follows up, makes adjustments with no issues, is punctual and does great work. My apartment was almost an entire gut reno and I am so pleased with the results. He even has followed up with me since my final payment on a couple of punch list items. No one believes me that I don't have to chase him for responses and that he has reached out on his own. I can't recommend him enough. A truly good guy that is trustworthy and goes above and beyond. The project: Mirrors had to be removed from the walls and the walls that weren't mirrored were in terrible shape. The apartment hadn't been cared for in 20 years. They skim coated and painted all the walls and they look brand new. The kitchen was hideous and the ceiling was dropped. Mario was able to raise the ceiling, giving me extra cabinet space, completely demo the space, re-tile the floor, paint the cabinets, install the countertop. When I had an issue with the cabinets I was going to purchase, he was able to find someone to provide what I was looking for. Same with the countertops. His connections really helped to keep the project moving along. He re-framed all the doorways and closets and installed new doors and doorknobs. He provided additional storage space above the closets, framed them and installed new doors. He sanded, repaired and stained all the hardwood floors in the apartment. He replaced all the baseboard heating covers, moved some outlets, installed all new appliances including a dishwasher which was new to the apartment. He made great suggestions throughout that improved the end product. He stayed on budget and was very respectful of my building and their requirements."
