Arta Construction, Andy Qirko, renovated my dank, dark, dungeon of a basement. This was my 4th major renovation project with Arta. As always the project went well. Andy goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer. He and his crew are prompt, pleasant, considerate and remove all debris. Andy always has excellent suggestions that enhance the project's outcome. I have highly recommended Arta to friends and neighbors.

Andy and his crew are terrific! We hired them to remove a popcorn ceiling and replace it with a skim coat and plaster. Two hallways and living room. They did a wonderful job. And were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. It was a lot of dust! Thank you Andy and Mikey.

After their great work with the popcorn ceiling removal, we hired them to redo our bathroom. It turned out to be a gut renovation. They did a beautiful job! Great craftsmanship from all fronts - plumbing, electrical, and tile work. They were very professional, showed up when they promised, and finished the work in a reasonable amount of time. They also cleaned up after themselves each day.

Andy came to my home 2 weeks ago claiming he would provide me a quote that evening for my kitchen remodeling project. Since then, I've contacted him 3 time before he just informed me he can't provide me a quote for another 10 days. Furthermore, he informed me he won't be able to commence the process my coop requires for review of a scope of work, the contract, his licenses, and his proof of insurance for another 2 months from now. He intentionally misled me by informing me he could start right away knowing it'd be nearly 2.5 months before he might commence just a review process. I won't be supporting his business.

The plumber he didn't show up at the scheduled time of 1pm on Friday. This was not just a minor inconvenience, but a serious problem, as the leaky faucet was causing a violation of the building code. The building code is a set of rules and standards that regulate the construction and maintenance of buildings. It ensures the safety and health of the occupants and the environment. A leaky faucet can cause water damage, mold growth, and waste of resources. I had received a notice from the landlord that I had to fix it by Friday or face a penalty. My dad was also upset, as he was worried about the possible consequences of not complying with the rules. I tried calling the plumber several times, but he didn't answer his phone or return my messages. I think this is very irresponsible and disrespectful, and I would not recommend this plumber to anyone. He put me in a difficult situation and didn't even apologize or explain why he missed the appointment. This is the worst service I have ever

Andy and his team are the best!! They did an entire home renovation for us. The house we purchased was dilapidated, but andy and his team made it look brand new. They also installed our whole kitchen which is amazing. If you need any work don't, arta construction and andy are the best! We are returning customers!

Andy and his team are wonderful! They did an entire gut of our living room, kitchen and sunroom. We did a lot of work consisting of a totally new kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and living area. We even opted to remove a structural wall in our living room for that open concept feel! They navigated the whole project with ease and professionalism. I have never been happier with the renovations Arta was able to do for us. Their fair pricing, unparalleled communication, and attention to detail makes them the right choice for any project. I still can't get over the results. I'm so happy!

This was our first time renovating, and we could not have been more fortunate than to find Andy and Arta Construction. We had no idea what we were in for, but Andy was super helpful and patient with us, from the first time he came over to look at our place, to the last day. He always gave great advice, and was also realistic about what was possible and what wasn't. He was super communicative throughout, alerting us to any problems, and then helped solve those problems. We had nothing to worry about the whole time. All of the guys on his team were also kind, clean and polite. Not one of our neighbors in our coop complained! On top of that, we thought for sure that the work would drag on, as everyone told us horror stories, especially during Covid, but Andy's team finished everything in two weeks--right on time. Our new kitchen and bath are beautiful, and we could not be happier! Thank you, Andy!!!

They were very professional. Came when they said they would. It's a messy undertaking. Scrape off the old, apply three skim coats, sand, and prime. Mikey did the job on his own, and kept the mess to a minimum. We're very happy with the outcome, and thankful that they took this smaller project. Many thanks to Mr. Qirko and Mikey for a beautiful job. We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

The Arta team is fantastic. They were on schedule every single day of our 3 month renovation (we brought the entire interior of the upstairs down to the studs). Their specific attention to detail left me confident at the end of every day that things would be done correctly and on schedule. We installed really high end furniture, fixtures and materials which they treated with care. Andy knew right away what was possible for our renovations, he was super clear with how things would go, what would be done and when. He checked in on us regularly to make sure we were happy with the progress and that all our needs were being met. When we were met with unexpected termite damage, the Arta team was super communicative and worked with us to resolve with little to no set back in schedule. Most importantly this team does not cut corners. They take the time to do it the right way. When I had any questions at all Andy was always available to reach over the phone or in person. We will definitely be using Arta Construction for all our construction / home renovation needs going forward.

The project was carried out to perfection. Mr. Andreas and his team know what they are doing. They are highly skilled, professional and reliable. Each quality carries a lot of weight by itself and combining them is a rare find. The work started in mid to late September 2021 and was completed ahead of time in mid October 2021. Since the project required different types of tasks, each one was completed masterfully well. We highly recommend this company and plan to use Arta for our future projects in 2022.

Andy and his crew were very professional and take great pride in their work. Andy gave me an estimated time line of 2-3 weeks and they finished the bathroom remodel in a week and a half. My bathroom is beautiful. They were here every day on time, worked neatly and cleaned up after every day. I would hire Andy and his team again.

Andy and his crew was very professional, prompt and reasonable. Paid attention to our needs and work collaboratively throughout the process offering consultation and advise. They were also flexible and cleaned up. He did such a great job I continued to add additional projects ie. 2nd kitchen and bathroom etc.

Renovation of 1 and 1/2 bathrooms in my apartment. Contractor and workers were very responsible. They were always on time. The tile work in the bathrooms was perfection!! Workers checked with me regularly so we were on the same page and the contractor went out of his way, beyond my expectations, to make sure I was happy with the work. Overall work was excellent!

ABSOLUTELY SUPER. The kitchen and den are beautiful. Andy and his crew pay attention to all the details both small and large. This was a very complex project and came off without a hitch. Andy is easy to reach and is always able to handle any questions and changes. We couldn't have asked for a better contractor or a better outcome. We have recommended him to friends and family and plan to hire him again for a future bathroom renovation. You cannot go wrong with Arta.

We had interviewed a handful of contractors (the ones who actually showed up to the appointments we made). Some showed up and didn't send estimates or wanted to start without providing one. Or provided overpriced estimates. We were starting to worry...and then we found Arta Construction. We knew instantly we found an honorable, experienced and professional company. Andy is someone who you can shake hands with and know he is going to get the job done. The fit, finish, quality and attention to details were amazing. The heavy doors and special additions to our pre war apartment had a lot of tricky challenges to overcome - uneven floors, leaky windows and radiators - Andy and Arta had a smart solution to any problem and the end result was beautiful. We have a brand new and updated "old detailed" apartment. It is a dream come true. All this was accomplished during the challenging time of the pandemic with many additional restrictions put on us in a building with many, many rules. Arta always had permits in good order, followed all building rules and there was never a single complaint from neighbors. It is so important to have building management not take issue with your contractor. We had no problems at all during a major project. Communication was excellent throughout our relationship. The Arta crew always came to work prepared and with a "no nonsense, get to work attitude" that you appreciate. They value your time and money invested in your project. Our estimate was very reasonable and we stayed perfectly on budget. I highly recommend Arta for projects big and small. They are true artisans and craftsmen and take pride in doing things right and making it right for thier customers. My building super asked if my apartment could be used as a showplace for neighbors to see during construction because it was asked about so often when word got out about our progress. All of our expectations were exceeded. There was never a question or change we asked for that was ever refused. We have already engaged Arta to renovate another apartment for a family member. We are very happy to have Arta Construction as our contractor. They earned our business and will continue to be our construction specialists.

Andy is very professional and a great contractor to work with. Not only is he very communicative and detail oriented, he is also a very nice person who is great to work with. He really listens to our request and makes suggestions that we wouldn’t have thought of on our own. Every little detail down to the color of grout to use he will ask you before he starts and give you his honest and expertise opinion on like if too many towel racks would create clutter in a modern bathroom. Or if he didn’t like a certain sink he would not be afraid to let you know. He has excellent interpersonal skills and is a great communicator. They gave us a timeline as how much time is needed and what gets worked on, step by step and they were pretty on par when all renovations were finished. Some of the materials were on back order because of COVID, but Andy and his crew were punctual everyday and worked hard to try to meet the stated deadline. We were very pleased with the results of our finished modern and contemporary kitchen and bathroom. Andy is excellent in detail orientation and a communicating everything before he starts, he is also early too sometimes.

They always come at 8 am and work very efficiently. Andy is very straightforward and responsive. He makes good suggestions and tries to make things correctly. He is accommodative even the scope of work changed and he can help to get additional materials (of course the cost went up but still reasonable). His team is courteous and work pretty fast. I had to get all the materials in time for them to work. The results are pretty satisfying at the end. The only thing (for me as well) is to communicate what to complete in details so that there is no things left behind. But even with that, as long as I pointed out, they came back and fix it with no question.

It went very well! They were excellent & extremely professional. I will not hesitate to hire them again & I would highly recommend them to all my friends & family.

Work went smoothly and quickly. Potential problems were brought up and addressed smoothly. He was always available via phone for questions and updates. Workers were courteous, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. I would use him again and recommend him to others.

In-person visit received, no verbal estimate. I had to reach out for a written estimate about a week later. He said he’d email it, but I did not receive an estimate.
