Description of Work: Although basic work was done as advertised, I submitted photos to owner of business to show some examples of real gross neglect in some areas that could not be missed. At the time when I complained, she offered to send someone to clean these neglected areas and now she sings a different tune when I had initially offered not to write a negative report. Not so today.

Description of Work: What they cleaned looked very good, they never touched the top of the refrigerator or the top of the toaster oven, and some of the other stuff on the other side of the counter, little disappointing. In the bathroom missed the tops of the stuff also....and could of been a little bit nicer, and the little hall between the bathroom,kitchen and bedrooms never wiped the base boards or the tops of the door frames. They were very nice people, they were on time and brought there own stuff.
