Otherwise was fine.
Didn't cost much so I got what I paid for.
Jeannine finally returned an email (in a condescending tone). Service had been terminated without notice. The for not showing up, not contacting us for weeks, and not returning phone calls, was the owner having a medical issue that sounded like it would have only interfered with business dealings for 1-2 days max. Furthermore I'm sure someone other than the owner could have addressed these things, but just did not.
I run a business out of one of the bedrooms, and that compounded with being in a very hectic period in our lives, makes for a somewhat untidy presentation. Admittedly, not the easiest place to clean. I get it - there are rules that the house already needs to be pre-cleaned a bit before the cleaning service arrives. Terminate service or raise your fees if you want, but the following are unacceptable:
1. no call - no show
2. not returning several phone calls
3. lack of response, all the while being in possession of our home alarm system security code AND a back up set of house keys
4. taking photos of my business inventory and office and emailing them to our parents/in-laws (owners of the house, with whom with live) - content that is potentially confidential, and regardless, a TOTAL invasion of privacy
All of this is unacceptable, unprofessional, and to repeat what I said before - borderline sketchy behavior.
"Thank you [Member name removed] who is a college student living in a converted bus in the backyard of her boyfriends parents house , for your "professional " medical diagnosis. As far as your "Angie's list reveiw" you are NOT the homeowner which by the way had hired us, so your fabricated opinion is meaningless. You are a spoiled college student that has most likely been reprimanded by the homeowner for moving into the house when we had been told you reside in the converted bus in the back yard a, who obviously saw an opportunity to move into the house while the homeowner was in Florida . Yes pictures were taken and sent to the homeowner showing the total disarray of the home which took us completely off guard and took 3 x's as long to clean up as the home usually takes. I'm really curious to know exactly what kind of business you run out of a spare bedroom of your boyfriends parents home that is in total disarray. honestly it looks more like you went on an Amazon shopping spree with clothes and opened boxes and packaging strewn about the floor , bed and end tables which one may expect to see in a 12 yr olds room. As far as an office with confidential information ? There is NO office in the home. Do yourself a favor and move back to your bus in the back yard. Hopefully you get the house cleaned up before the parents return. You are obviously upset that I told the parents what's been going on in their absence."
They provided excellent services and we would have kept them on, but family matters intro need.
When the situation resolves, we'll have them back in a heart beat!
