She came on short notice for a showing. We left while she cleaned. When we returned, the house was spotless. I will be contacting her in the future for more work! I would recommend her services.

They showed up with a crew of 5. They were very thorough with the dusting in the living room and dining room but the rest of the house was not properly dusted. The vacuum they brought to use had no attachments and so I suggested they use my Dyson as I have cats and know how hard it is to get their fur off the furniture and carpet, but they said no. The kitchen floor was not mopped I even asked one of them and they said no because there was too much stuff on the counters, which I am not sure how that stops them from mopping. They did not take the trash out and even put a new bag over a bag with trash in it. They did clean the inside of the microwave but did not clean the outside of it. The range was not thoroughly cleaned. The foyer and one bedroom were not touched at all. The bathrooms were sloppily done and did not receive a deep cleaning. They did not wash any windows and really did not move anything to do a proper deep cleaning. I do have some clutter in my house but nothing outrageous. I am handicapped and was really looking forward to getting this deep cleaning done but I am very disappointed.

The crew of four (including the owner) arrived promptly and brought all of their own cleaning supplie. They efficiently cleaned the house, including vaccumming, dusting, scrubbing floors, counters, bathrooms, etc. The place was sparkling when they were done. I am very happy with their service. I have used cleaning people in the past and this crew was as good as, or better than, any I have had.

First cleaning purchased through a deal on Angie's List and they did an amazing job, so I hired them to come bi-weekly.

It turned out okay. My wife supervised them and I guess they cleaned okay but we were moving to a new house and we were getting it cleaned and there was not enough steps and stuff like that. The way the cleaning was done wasn't up to our satisfaction. It was a good price.

These ladies were on time, polite and did a great job. I would use them again.

I did not use them. There ad did not state an area. So after I purchased the coupon I found out they were in another state and was given a refund.

Owner was extremely rude when she showed up. Her two helpers were very nice. The amount of cleaning time was supposed to be 6 hours which over the phone she said she would split into 3 hours in the morning & then 3 hours later in the day which I agreed to. When she arrived in the morning she said she would be doing it all in the morning with 2 helpers & using man hours. She was very short with me when she explained it and said she w |went out of her way to do it very early in the morning. She did not say that would be a problem when we spoke on the phone. She acted like she was doing me a favor-even though I was paying for the service. As a business owner she should work on her customer relation skills.

Provided 6 person hours of cleaning whatever we asked them to do. Did fairly thorough job. Did not arrive when scheduled, did not call to notify us. When we called them agreed to come 5 hours later on same day.

Overall things went well. They cleaned the major items in the house, swiffered the floors, etc. They were thorough, but not the most detail oriented. For instance, they cleaned the sinks, but did not take care to get perfectly around the base of the handles. The job was more of a general cleaning than a "deep clean" as they quoted. That being said, the work was satisfactory, they were prompt and polite, and my wife does plan to hire them again.

Jeannie and her 2 assistants cleaned my entire house. They accommodated my schedule and were able to arrange for the cleaning service on a very last-minute request. They were extremely efficient, professional and friendly. I plan to use them again on a regular basis.

First of all I was told I would be called at noon. The call did not come until 1:45, they arrived 15 minutes later. The deep cleaning job was for a house 2,600-3,500 sq.ft.. The space I was having cleaned is 900 sq. ft., and it was empty, except for appliances, 1table, and 2 chairs. They spent 2.5 hours in the apartment. They rang the door bell to my house said they were done and could not do anything about the nicotine stains, which I knew I was going to paint over, and they could not remove the stain in the carpet with what they had. Collected the tax from me and took off. I locked up the apartment and had my dinner. The next morning when it was light out I opened the apartment door and the first thing I see is a heater vent that had not been dusted so I checked all of them, the same condition, I went into the bathroom, cob webs on the wall by the tub and the shower. The faucets & metal parts were not scrubbed. I then went into the kitchen and it looked dirty at the base of the refrigerator. It was empty and on casters, rolled it forward, cobb webs behind it, and a filthy floor underneath. The sliding kitchen window track filth. I opened the oven door the top filth. The bottom stove drawer filth. I wet my finger with spit and got dirt off a light switch cover. I took over my Bissell and got up not only more of the stain, but about 2 inches of other debris. The painter also had to wipe off the kitchen cabinets before painting, and the professional carpet cleaner got almost all the stain out. I now know why on the certificate FINE PRINT SECTION, THE FIRST ITEM IS NOT VALID FORCASH BACK!!! If you hire them you better be ready to watch them in my opinion. I feel I was as a senior citizen with multiple disabilities was taken advantage of, and then having to exert myself to do what they were paid to do.

Looks to be a family operation; one adult and 3 "young adults"; because there were four of them, they counted that as 2 teams. At first I gave them general instructions and a priority list and sent them on their way because I was working on other projects. Upon inspecting their work mid way I was disappointed at what I saw. The two young girls leisurely cleaned while discussing "boy" issues while the adult and young man worked. It had gotten to the point where I had to literally point to something and say "clean this" and watch them, which is disappointing. Overall, I was their last job of the day and they stayed longer than the agreed time because I was unsatisfied with some of their work, but at that price, I guess I should expect an overwhelmingly positive experience. If the goal of running this promotion was to drum up business, than it worked. If it was to get repeat/referral, it did not...

The housecleaning team came at the scheduled time with 4-5 team members (mostly HS/college kids and a woman who I believe is the owner), which was great. They came as part of an "Angie's List" deal, which is why the price was so low. They stayed for a couple of hours and vacuumed and swiffered all floors, and dusted tables/mantels/shelves. They vacuumed the couch/chairs in the living room, taking off the cushions and getting in the cracks. In the kitchen, they also cleaned the counters and my microwave was cleaned inside and out, and they cleaned/bleached the garbage cans inside and out. Upstairs, they vacuumed (and swiffered I guess?) the bedrooms and dusted shelves/surfaces. In the bathroom, they cleaned the shower, toilet, floors, sink/counter. It was a fair all-over cleaning but nothing that I couldn't have done myself. Specifically, my complaints are: --I was hoping they would actually mop the floors, but they only swiffered. The reason I wanted to get a cleaning done was that I wanted the floors/baseboards deep cleaned. A swiffer is not a deep-cleaning tool. --I was hoping they would dust the items that I don't generally get to very often, such as pictures on the walls, chandeliers, and cobwebs in ceiling corners that are hard to see. None of that was done, even though their website claims that they clean in this manner. --I was hoping for a "deep clean" on baseboards and such, and that was not done at all. --They did not clean under the beds (even though their website says they do). --The woman (owner?) was rude. As they were leaving, I asked what she recommended as far as how many times per month/how much $ she thought it would be for a house this size (this is before I realized that they really only did a "surface level" of cleaning), and she said "Well, if its not always this bad, it'll be $XX per month." My house was not "bad". I specifically took a lot of time to clean before she came so that her team could focus on the deep cleaning, which she never actually did. Every surface was clear (all tables, counters, dressers, etc). There were no items on the floors in bedrooms, the laundry was all out of sight in the basement, etc. I'd like to see what she'd say to someone who really did have a dirty house! To play devil's advocate, she may have 2 "levels" of cleaning and I got "Level 1" or something. I have never had a housecleaning service before, and I was just really disappointed to see swiffers and no buckets/mops/hot water. I was disappointed to see the (difficult to see but still) cobwebs left in the corners of some areas and wall pictures and chandeliers/lamps/glass lighting not dusted. That, coupled with the rudeness of the woman/boss/owner(?) makes me not ever want to hire them again.

Had a good experience with the team...there were 4 members...the supervisor, and then there were 2 girls and a guy...all of them were constantly on the move...& were thorough with stuff...they missed a bathroom counter but when pointed out they went back & cleaned up. One thing I appreciated was that initially i had set up a date with them, but had to cancel a day before, & she accommodated my request & moved the cleaning to another day. Overall they did a good job..& while they were cleaning up, my two kids were definitely getting in their way sometimes...lol..i appreciated the fact that they worked around them with a smile on their faces..! :)

Staff consists of about 4-5 people. Owner attends all cleanings. Cleaning was inconsistent and/or incomplete. For example; trash containers not emptied, dust not wiped underneath items or altogether missed, baseboards were ignored with floor washings and cobwebs were frequently missed. But vacuuming great. Sometimes cabinet doors were spic and span and other times they, too were missed.

Genie came with her daughter and another person. They started cleaning , but a little slow at first. Thorough, though. It would have been better if they had more time.

They did a great job for a basic cleaning and I would definitely have them back again. There was a minor issue and a spoon holder was accidentally broken. It was brought to my attention with sincere apologies and offers to remedy the situation. No remedy was necessary, but I definitely appreciated it being brought to my attention.

The crew was very efficient. A list of cleaning supplies required was sent a week in advance, and the crew wasted no time in cleaning surface areas and dusting everything. They do not move books, on the shelves, however they will dust around them.

I would say I had a good regular cleaning of my house, but definitely not a deep cleaning -- baseboards and radiators weren't cleaned nor were the tops of fans. They did a solid regular cleaning of the house - washed the floors/counters, vacuumed, dusted etc. Staff were very professional and went to work promptly. I would recommend them again for a regular cleaning, but wouldn't go into the deep cleaning deal expecting certain things (i.e., dusting ceiling fan blades). Also, they did not contact me to schedule my big deal, I had to contact them. Not a problem, but it did say they would contact me within 2 business days, which they did not do.
