Description of Work: Cut down 4 pines trees and 3 were near the house and power lines. Also ground down stumps. Overall they did a great job. Very thorough job grinding down the stumps. Professional and punctual. Will use again in the future for tree needs.

Description of Work: They ground up two tree stumps and checked on a tree with bark problems and recommended treatment I could do myself. They were very professional, They also treated a locust tree for aphids which worked wonderfully and injected the soil around the tree with nutrients.

+ -1 moreAfter another contractor tried unsuccessfully to yank the bush out with a truck, I contacted The AJ's Tree service. The principal came promptly and gave an estimate which I accepted. There was a bit of a delay because some of their equipment had to be repaired but then they called, came and did a first class job and tidied the area up before leaving. I have used AJ Tree service once before. Then it was to trim a large overgrown lilac bush that had become a tree. On that occasion also the job was done well.
Description of Work: Very old yew (40+ years) bush (5 foot height, 7 foot diameter) removed, stump ground down, bush replaced with one 1.5 feet in height, area landscaped.

+ -1 moreHalf the price of their ledaing competitor. Jeff arrived on time for the estimate and his crew arrived at the scheduled time. Professional, courteous, and when they were done - I didn't even know they were here. Jeff even called back to make sure I was please with the services.

They promptly returned our query call, set up a date and time for an estimate, arrived promptly for the estimate and the job, and completed the work in an efficient and professional manner. They also cleaned up completely after the cutting and chipping was done.
Description of Work: AJ's trimmed our large maples to eliminate overgrowth and hazard limbs.

+ -1 moreI called and he came out the same day with a free estimate (Tuesday) he then called us and set a date to come out and do the work. The work was done on the following Saturday. We were very pleased with the job done and the cleanup after. I told them if we had any work to be done in the future we would definitely call them.
Description of Work: Trimmed broken branches, major stubs and peels from 4 trees. Removed all wood and brush.
