Description of Work: We had 2 furnaces installed. The.men were polite and considerate. They arrived on time. The manager pointed out that instead of repairing 15 year old furnaces, I should consider getting new ones and have a 10 year warranty. They applied the money spent on the first repair to total cost of replacement.

+ -1 moreMy AC broke down in the midst of a summer hot spell. I called and they came the same day. In the past I was told that the next time my capacitor gave out I would need a new AC unit. I have replaced several capacitors in the past due to poor placement of my AC when it was originally installed. Belknap did not install the AC. Tom was able to extend service on my AC by installing a new capacitor. He said this capacitor would probably only last about a year due to AC placement. He suggested replacement ACs for me to look into so that when my AC needed to be replaced I would be able to make an informed decision about the replacement. Belknap service is excellent.!!!!!!! I have used them before and I have always been pleased with their honesty, excellent work and service. I will rely on them for all my future furnace and AC needs.

+ -1 moreThey did a terrific job. Even my neighbor uses them. In less than two days, they changed my central furnace and central air conditioning. They also installed the new units. They also put the condensing unit outside, exactly where I wanted them to. They did a nice job. Their technicians were really good. They were well-trained. They did the necessary plumbing work for the furnace, by themselves. I have warranty on the units for 10 years.
Description of Work: I got a new furnace from Belknap Heating & Cooling, eight months ago. They installed it for me. They also redid the duct work for me.
