Technican was professional and nice. Said that new Energy Star mandates would go into effect in May 2014. Cost of new furnances would rise from 1500.00 to 2500.00. My husband was impressed that he only provided thi information, but did not force a sale on him.

From the time of the estimate to the finish of the install everything went great! very happy with this company and their products! would recommend to anyone thinking of a new furnace and/or central air!

Next year I will hire a gas fireplace company to do the full checking of the components that need to be checked. This company specializes in furnaces. When I called office for an appointment I was told they could do the job but technician wasn't knowledgeable with gas fireplaces. My update - In response to Sullivan's comments: Of course I would not have hired them if I knew they couldn't do the job!! I wasn't told that on the phone when I called for an appointment but was made to feel comfortable in hiring them. And it wasn't soot from the burners (which weren't even gone near to because the ceramic glass front would have had to be moved) ....It was some fur near the blower fan that I cleaned out myself months earlier. So I still need to hire a specialist.

The technician arrived promptly and serviced our heating system. He was friendly and did a great job.

Everything went very well and we were pleased.

Jerry Jr. showed up on-time with a pleasant greeting. He performed a furnace tune-up and thoroughly explained what was done. Made some suggestions as to the benefits of using a better filter. Also pointed out that moisture was getting back to the furnace and that we may need a chimney liner to prevent this. Very pleasant young man. I have found a company I can trust.

I bought a special Angie's List deal or a furnace tune up and inspection. I played phone tag for a bit, but they were very flexible with making the appointment. The guy came on time and was very nice. He checked out the furnace, made some adjustments, and then showed me what he did. All my furnace problems were fixed, there was no need for further services. We talked about the life expectancy of my furnace and he assured me it was in good shape and did not need to be replaced. I was more than happy with the service, cost, etc. I will definitely use this company in the spring when my A/C unit needs to be tuned up too.

I purchased two vouchers from Angie's list for furnace inspection and tune up. Jerry Jr. performed both of the checks at different addresses on different types of furnaces. He also relit the pilot light on a hot water tank. He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and personable. He answered numerous questions about different types of hot water systems, my two furnaces, pricing and installation for both hot water tanks and hot water on demand. My experience is what you hope for when you call a service but don't always get. I would use them again and recommend them to others. The vouchers were super easy to use, in fact I had already scheduled them when I saw the vouchers on Angie's List and one call to the company was all it took - they said go ahead and purchase the vouchers even though your appointment is already set and that was it - no other paperwork was necessary.

It was perfect. It was easy to schedule the appointment, they arrived on time and they inspection went very well. Since the inspection went well I didn't have to pay for anything over the coupon which makes me trust them. Sometimes you worry that they're going to tell you that you need this, that, and they other thing and maybe you do and maybe you don't. I don't have a printer to print the coupon but I was able to use the coupon code over the phone to schedule the appointment with them and they had no problem with that. It made me trust them that I didn't get any additional charges.

All went as planned. Will have back for next fall's yearly inspection.

He came and checked our furnace out. Everything was fine. He took the time to explain what he was doing and how our furnace works. I would definitely use them again and plan to have them do a yearly check-up.

It went great! they got to my house early (they called first) did their furnace check-upand were gone.The man was very nice and clean. Very professional! I was so impressed, that I am having them replace my hot water tank next week

I bought the Angie's List deal for a furnace tune-up. The technician cleaned off the dust, tested the emissions, showed me how to refill and drain the boiler and explained a lot about how to operate and maintain the old furnace in my new (old) house. He also gave me good advice about how to replace my thermostat. He was very helpful and informative and I felt that the service was well worth the $39.

My original appointment had to be rescheduled due to conflicts with complete installations taking priority. Understandable, as no heat matters should take priority. Rescheduled appointment went as expected. Unit thoroughly checked out with diagnostic equipment and full explanation of the checkpoints. Very thorough and knowledgeable technician. I definitely recommend and have already set up to have my A/C check performed in the Spring by Sullivan.

Identified the problem, fixed it quickly and provided a fair and honest assessment of what could be done and what needed to be done. Provided great explanation of how my heating system was set up and what it could and could not accommodate.

Technicians arrived in frame of schedule time, start working promptly, efficiently, with professional attitudes. Additional problem, with furnace working properly, developed couple days prior scheduled time, technicians checked, fix the problem, without additional cost. Also my free standing gas fire stove was tested for CO. Definitely services recommended to others, and will be used in future by self.

The technician who I believe was the owners son was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He explained everything he did and pointed out a potential problem. We will be contacting them in the Spring to check out the A/C as well.
