Sullivan Heating & Cooling

Sullivan Heating and Cooling replaced my 22 year old Heil Furnace with a Trane 96% Efficient Two Stage Furnace. From the initial estimate with Jerry, phone calls with Christine and ultimately the install with Technicians Maria and Corey, I have to say it was a smooth and hassle free experience. Techs Maria and Corey arrived on time and were very pleasant, professional and obviously competent. They made the swap in a very organized and neat manner and cleaned up and swept the workplace prior to leaving. I would not hesitate to refer this company or to use them again in the future.

Terrible. The furnace is nice and, works very well and efficient. But the bad taste left after them trying to nail us on a new central a/c system left us VERY bitter.

Reviewed all other estimates and selected Sullivan Heating & Cooling. Technicians Victor and Evan - both very competent and knowledgeable, removed old unit and installed the new Lennox 2 Ton System. Very neat job. Girls at the office very friendly and accommodating.

The appointment was scheduled a few days after applying through Angie's List. The technician showed up on time, and the work was completed in about 30 minutes. He answered all of my questions, and offered a solid evaluation of my system. He also provided opportunities for improvement, if desired. Very professional.

A Victor came out and was super friendly and very helpful in explaining what went wrong and answering any questions I had. He was very professional and prompt. Will definitely call them again, should I have the need!

I own a house in Buffalo that I rent out but I live out of state. I got a call from my tenant on a Sunday afternoon saying that the hot water heater was leaking. I called around to see if I could get someone to come out that day to replace it. No one was able to come that day but Sullivan said they could be there the next morning and install a new hot water heater, They were very nice and very professional. They told me how much it would cost and it was reasonable. They came the next morning as agreed but my tenant forgot to have the door open for them as planned so they were locked out. Living out of town, there was nothing I could do about it. They were very nice about it and said they would come back the next morning which they did. It wasn't an emergency so it was fine. I greatly appreciated how understanding they were when they made a trip over for nothing when they were locked out and promptly returned the next day. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future.
