Had another provider who could not diagnose the problem. Jerry Jr. figured it out in 10 mins. He arrived early and was very profesional and polite. Problem fixed! Definitely recommend!

Waste of time and money. Have had this service done by other contractors over the years and it was never a 20 minute in and out job. They wiped down my furnace, outer surfaces, door and inner panels. then had me turn it on to test. Burners were not pulled out to clean nor was much of anything else done. Only time i was out of the basement was when i went to turn up the Thermostat, don't think they would have hands in furnace while waiting for it to turn on. Glad I only paid $39.00 for this but this is not a company I will be calling when i go to replace my furnace or ever again.

Technician was polite and efficient. Explained all questions I had. There was one minor issue with the chimney, but he didn't try to oversell some service I didn't need.

It went very well. The service tech arrived and performed everything on his check list in a professional and timely manner.

I called the office in early October and spoke to someone, telling her I had the $39 Angies list big deal. She stated they were taking orders for the "week of 10/13" because they were busy. I scheduled an appointment with her for the 15th at 1 p.m. and she said someone would be out that day. I waited till 2 p.m. and since no one showed up on that scheduled time I called the office. I spoke to Michelle who stated that I was not on the schedule and that the person who did scheduling was on vacation. She apologized both on the phone and in a subsequent email. She scheduled us for the tune-up on the 16th at 11:30. For someone who is new to the job, she certainly did things professionally after the mistake. She even called before the appointment to tell us that the owner's son was on the way. The owner's son Jerry came out promptly, he apologized for the mixup and went to the basement. He was very helpful and courteous, even answering my questions about the humidifier and explaining how to adjust it. He checked at least a dozen parts, controls, filter, etc. He also did a combustion analysis to look at co2, o2, co, temp. and efffficiency. Upon leaving he provided me with a check list and results of the work. Upon leaving, he again apologized for the mixup in scheduling. I was happy the mixup was straightened out in a professional manner, since Sullivan is the company we purchased the furnace from several years ago. I will take another big deal if it is offered next year.

He explained to me at the time the service was completed that he had checked the filters, the heating exchange, the controls and moniter as well as cleaned the furnace and tuned it up. At the time aside from him continuously trying to sell me a new furnace, the job seemed to go as planned. A few months later, I could smell gas from within my house so I had a gas company come out and check on my gas system. In the process they had to shut off all the gas within my home. After checking for a gas leak, the gentleman went back to turn my furnace back on and informed me that the furnace was dangerously dirty and required a deep cleaning. I explained that I had just paid to have my furnace cleaned and he explained to me that the job was done incorrectly and that he would check it again after I had the furnace properly cleaned. This is completely unacceptable as anything could have happened to my furnace such as carbon monoxide poisoning. Clearly the service provider did not take my project seriously.

A technician came on time and check my furnace. I got a call from the office just before he came. Everything went well.

This project has been a pleasure from start to finish with Sullivan heating and cooling. from the estimate to the installation, everyone that I dealt with at Sullivan treated me like I was as family friend. I asked a lot of questions through the process and not once did anyone hesitate to answer and be pleasant. The installation went perfectly smooth and everything was done very professionally and cleaned up better than they found it. The Lennox equipment seems very good and Sullivan worked with me on the price. This was the only dealer that I talked to that offered me a senior discount which helps when your retired. I would recommend Sullivan to family and friends without hesitation.

It was a basic tune-up so there aren't many details, although we did talk about upgrades when the furnace needs to be changed in a few years.

Before the technician arrived the pilot light would not ignite. After he left it did ignite. I guess you'd call that a job well done. Fixing the thermocouple was more challenging than one might expect because the fellow who worked on it prior to Sullivan Heating damaged the mechanism. The technical was professional and personable; I'd willingly allow him into my home to do work in the future.

Everything went very well from the sales to installation.
