Description of Work: A/C had blocked drain line. They cleared line and also checked, cleaned & serviced unit. They answered all questions clearly, provided description of work done & guaranteed work. They actually came 5 hours early after calling to ask if I was available earlier than the appointment time. Total cost was excellent.

Description of Work: Annual maintenance. Technician performed checkup on all furnace parts and even changed the heating air filter (and he used my filter - no markup). Normally the tech uses their part with a markup. In addition this saved me having to take apart and reassemble the filter. He also listed all the checks he made and gave me a copy and even measured furnace efficiency.

Description of Work: The mechanic performed a tune-up of our furnace. He did a very good job and we will be calling on Sullivan's for heating and cooling in the future. He was able to repair a hot water tank, as well, which we had not mentioned when making the appointment; but he found the part in his truck and charged a reasonable fee. He was punctual, professional, resourceful, efficient and very pleasant!
