He came when he said he would and was very thou rough. He went through the boilers and recommended filters and said they were running fairly efficient like I thought they would. He recommended a couple of items and as soon as I have the money I am going to call them again. Great job respectful and professional. No BS, just the way I like it.

He came to house and assessed situation. Multiple options were given ranging from part replacement to new furnace. He was very professioanl and well informed. I chose to have a new furnace installed. Appointment for new install was set 1 week later. Two Sullivan members arrived and performed the work. They were very professional. Overall experience was outstanding. I highly recommend and will use for all my heating and cooling needs

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service. They came out about two weeks after I purchased the Big Deal. I thought they were professional and did a good job. Their pricing was decent.

Called Sullivan, they came out, gave us an estimate. We set a date for installation. They arrived on time and completed the job as promised.

Since I didn't stay with the tech for the entire time I did not see everything he did. But I was pleased with his competence and knowledge. He was prompt, courteous and willing to go the extra mile to please a customer. I felt I got my moneys worth.

I love these guys. I have been using them for six years. I did not renew my maintenance with them for services, so I paid cash. They come immediately when I call them. When I find someone good and they prove themselves to me, I stick with them. He offered me a deal on air also, when I had my furnace in. I waited two weeks and then said I wanted to go ahead with the deal and he still gave it to me with the special price.

Victor was a pleasure to work with and took time to explain all details and how things work. victor and Terry were professional, hardworkers. I will certainly use them again!

The blower on the furnace failed. The company came out and gave us an estimate of $600 to replace just the blower, but also explained the other issues with the furnace, and potential risks. They strongly recommended replacing the 40 + year old furnace and quoted us a very fair price. We received opther quotes that were considerable higher. We decided to replace the furnace. Since there was no heat in the apartment during the very cold spell, they made us a priority and installed it the next day. So far, no issues. I will definitely use them again for both our home and rental properties.

I have a very old furnace so I was not surprised that he told me I should consider buying a new one. He provided me with useful information, clearly explained, with no pressure.

The worker that came out named victor was very professional, knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained the work that was being done and the system. They were clean and easy to work with.

They had decent pricing. The guy that came out was somebody who actually does the work which was cool because he actually knew what he was talking about, unlike a salesperson. Even though he wasn't a salesman, he did seem a little bit less professional than the guy from the other company who came out. I might use them in the future.

Over the last three years, I have used this company several times. I like just about everything about them. They call 20 minutes before the tech comes and they wear booties when they come into the house. You can call their office and the secretary is always very responsive and honest. They are very professional, honest, and their price is fair. You never had to call them back; they fix it right the first time.
