Description of Work: I last used them about 5 or more years ago. I wrote a report. I was very happy with them. |After several very satisfactory uses I stopped using them because the distance was too great. (They actually moved further away while I was using them )

Description of Work: Computer had virus and he took care of it nicely. He also recommended and installed an anti virus program that was free. I have found it to be a good program. I would not hesitate to call White Wolf again. I don't remember what I spent. It was a fair price.

Description of Work: I called & left a message. The gentleman called back promptly & made an appt. to come to my house. It was delayed by one day because of a snow storm. He arrived promptly. I needed to know how to download pictures from my digital camera. He typed detailed instrucions as well as downloading the pictures. He also recommended a different anti-virus, uninstalled the one I had & installed a new one. I wanted to know how to download videos from YouTube. He said he had to research that & today I got a phone call from a rep. from White Wolf & she said she will e-mail the directions on how to do that. I was very well satisfied.

Description of Work: I sent my old computer in to see if it could be fixed. They told me that due to its age, it could not be fixed. However, they took the time to extract my old hard drive and copy all my old e-mails and addresses onto a diskette. I thought that went above and beyond expectations. I recommend them to anyone with computer issues

Description of Work: I have used Robert's computer services several times and my dad has as well. Robert is always friendly, knowledgeable and very fairly priced. He's also patient with any questions I've had about my computer and I highly recommend him to anyone having a problem with their computer.
