Stanley Steemer - Deer Park

Cleaning went well. They showed up during the later half of my "window" but were finished in an hour. Rugs looked and felt clean. A little disappointed that they couldn't get a couple of stairs out and thought they could have tried a little harder.

The receptionist with whom I spoke when I called about service was courteous, and she gave complete details of cleaning services and pricing. The two workers arrived punctually on the date of their appointment, were equally courteous, and did a thorough job of cleaning the items to be cleaned. I would definitely use the company again.

These guys are great and do a terrific and thorough job. They move small furniture, put protectors under the legs of all furniture, pre-spot, and then steam clean. My carpet is light beige and looks as good as new. Carpet is only slightly damp when thy finish and is dry by the next morning. I've used this company before and never been unhappy with the result. In addition, they're always pleasant and polite. I book on-line (very easy, you pick from the available dates and times) and assume they book you with a franchisee near your home. My report is about the franchise in Deer Park, NY. I've used many other carpet cleaners over the years and was never completely happy (carpet too wet, extra charges for pre-spotting, poor results). What a contrast. I've always been satisfied with Stanley Steemer.

Since I have been prepacking with an eye to selling this place, two of the carpets were piled high with boxes and small pieces of furniture. Anthony and Ron moved the boxes, etc., plus my regular furniture. The vertical blinds were covered in pet hair, so Anthony had to work hard to get them clean. The carpets came out beautifully. Anthony and Ron worked neatly and quickly, the whole job was done in about an hour.

I found this company on Angie's List and the only complaint that I had is that they showed up a little late. They told me between Noon and 5pm, but they showed up around 5:30pm. It was around the holidays, so the delay was understandable. They moved the furniture around to make sure they got the entire area clean so they did a great job.

They arrived on time, did the work quickly and efficiently. They pointed out some stains that I hadn't seen and eliminated them. I received a follow up phone call to see if I was satisfied with the work as well as the technicians.

Stanley Steemer Carpet Cleaner did a good job and we're very satisfied with their work quality. The carpets do look better now. They came on time and were neat, professional and were careful of our furniture. I would recommend them to others.

I liked this company. They took off their shoes and left them in my foyer. That is something I like people to do in my home. When I asked them to do this, they were respectful of my wishes. They were nice to us and they were very hard workers. We would use this company again. I don't think they charge the lowest prices, but they do not charge the highest prices either.

They did a good job with everything. They were able to move all of the furniture for me and the whole thing looked great when they were done. I would recommend them because the price was reasonable and I was impressed with the quality of their work.

They missed a lot of spots and the heaviest traveled areas were not as I would have liked them.

The two men were professional, polite, and completed the work efficiently.

I scheduled the appointment online on Wednesday for the following Saturday. Based on the information I provided a price was quoted. I received a follow up email confirming the appointment, and a telephone reminder. The cleaners were scheduled to arrive between 10AM and 1PM; they arrived at 10:15 AM. They were courtesy and efficient. The job was completed in over 1 hour.

Everything went very well. I made the appointment a week in advance, and got a projected time of ''12:00 noon to 5:00 pm.'' The day before the appointment, they called to confirm and to narrow the window to ''12:00 noon to 3:00 pm.'' The team of two arrived shortly after noon. They did a great job and were quick and thorough.

STANLEY STEEMER DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. MY TILE AND GROUT LOOKS LIKE NEW. THE PRICES WERE A LITTLE HIGH, BUT WAS WORTH IT. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND LEFT MY PLACE SPOTLESS.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. ALTHOUGH THEY DO PUSH THEIR PRODUCTS MORE THAN THEY SHOULD (I DIDN'T WANT IT ANYWAY). I USE THEM ONCE A YEAR AND HAVE DONE SO FOR THE LAST TWELVE YEARS.

THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL. THEY DID A NICE JOB AND WERE SO PROFESSIONAL. THEY TOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO AND HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE. THEY EVEN TOLD ME WHAT I SHOULD DO AFTER THEY LEFT.

I WAS NOT TOO HAPPY WITH STANLEY STEEMERS PERFORMANCE. I FELT LIKE THEY DID NOT LEAVE MY HOUSE CLEAN AT ALL. WHEN THEY WERE ASKED NICELY TO REMOVE THE FURNITURE, THEY WERE VERY BELLIGERENT!

STANLEY STEEMER IS A STRAIGHT FORWARD COMPANY, THEY WERE PROMPT AND WELL MANNERED. THEY MISSED A SPOT AND CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY FREE OF CHARGE TO REMOVE THE STAIN IN OUR CHAIR!

I BELIEVE THE STAFF FROM STANLEY STEEMER WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. MY CARPETS CAME OUT GREAT AFTER THE CLEANING. THIS COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB OF CLEANING MY CARPETS.

THE WORKERS WERE VERY NICE AND DID A QUICK JOB ON THE CARPETS. THE PRICE WAS CHEAPER THAN OTHER SERVICES. THE SALES STAFF WAS NICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

THE WORKERS ARE VERY COURTEOUS, HELPFUL AND IF THERE ARE ANY ADDITIONAL REQUESTS, THEY TOOK CARE OF THEM WITH NO PROBLEM AT ALL. I DIDN'T ASK, BUT THEY WENT AHEAD AND DID THE STAIRCASE.

STANLEY STEEMER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY CAME ON TIME AND DID A GREAT JOB. MY TILE LOOKS FANTASTIC AND THE CARPET LOOKS GREAT AS WELL. I AM HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICES.

STANLEY STEEMER ALWAYS DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY ARE WILLING TO DO JUST THE ONE AREA, OR AS MANY ROOMS AS I CHOOSE TO HAVE DONE. I HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE.

THE CARPET CLEANERS WERE ON TIME AND DID A GREAT JOB. THEY WERE EFFICIENT, QUICK AND ORGANIZED. THE CARPETS SMELL NICE AND CLEAN, MAKING THE HOUSE LOOK GREAT.
