Stanley Steemer - Deer Park

Charlie and Keenan arrived in the terrible heat and humidity to clean 2 wingback chairs and a recliner, as well as cleaning the kitchen floor, which is laminate. The two armchairs were on the top floor of the house and their equipment easily went up the staircase. They told me that they might not get the deep stains out on one of the armchairs, but I'm reupholstering them at some point. I just wanted them to be cleaned enough and deodorised. They were from an old house. Charlie checked the kitchen floor and after a coupler of questions he determined that there is a stickiness to the floor surface and he was concerned that their cleaning supplies might do further damage. Such honesty is incredibly rare this days. Keenan and Charlie were so thorough, quick, and well-mannered. They took great care of the house. Such terrific gentlemen!! Price was very reasonable too.

They offered, but I declined, to put a scent in the rug. I declined that only because I have a newborn baby, and I wasn't sure if that was safe or not. They did an excellent job. I'm very happy with them. They're very professional, quick, and good. They were very good and friendly and knew their stuff. I thought it was a very good price. They did very good.

Stanley Steemer was good. I think their responsiveness was pretty good.

They were just late coming, they were alright, they were fine they were the cheapest ones around that was fine, they were good enough. I guess the carpets are clean.

The two gentlemen who came were very professional. I only needed a basic cleaning. They offered the extras that they offered. But when I declined there was no salesman pressure to try to get me to add on any extras. I really appreciate that. They were prompt, quick and efficient. I had some stains in my living room and stairs that I have tried to remove myself with all the cleaners on the market. I was unsuccessful in doing so. They came in and when they left the stains were gone. I was very happy. My other alternative was to remove the carpeting and redo the hardwood floors which I really did not want to tackle at this point. I would use Stanley Steemer again. My only complaint is that I tried to make the appointment with the customer service rep on the phone and received a higher price than the online price. They wouldn't honor the online price. So I booked it online and received a considerable lower price.

I called Stanley Steemer on Friday 8/15/14 and left a message. They called back and scheduled an appointment for the following day between 2PM and 5 PM. They arrived the next day 3PM. There were 2 young men, one worked the powerful steemer vacuum machine the other applied the cleaning agents and sanitizer/deodorizer. They were professional and friendly. They also explained with details the service before they started it. The final result was great, my carpets and area rug look brand new. It took 24 hours for the carpets to dry and now I can notice how clean they are. Good job.

I was told I would get a call with arrival time. No call the guy just showed up. The price he quoted me was much higher than what was given on the phone. He also over calculated the measurements and the price, I had to point it out. Claimed he could not get the stains out, though that was the whole point of him being there, and only tried a little harder after I expressed that it was not acceptable. The other guy with him was fumbling and it seemed like it was his first day. Did not move any of the furniture. Overall not a good experience and will not use Again

They did a wall-to-wall carpet at the lower level and after they left, there was a huge stain. They claimed that the solution they used cause the stain to rise to the surface. So, I didn't believe that, it looked like a very wet stain. Consequently, we tried to investigate that further by cutting a through the carpet to make sure that there were no leak underneath. So, I then I went to buy another rug to put on top of that. So, I was not really sold with them.

Their price was pretty good. They did a good job and they were quick.

I thought it was a little expensive because they did two rooms, a hallway, and stairs. Other than that, I've always like them and they've been my rug cleaners of choice.

They came the same day I called, which in itself I find amazing. They gave an approximate time range when they would arrive, then called when they were on their way with an exact time. They charge a fixed price per room regardless of its size, which to some might not seem fair, but I think it works out in the end, as they charged as much to do the detail of a stairway (which they consider a room) as they did a simple square room with not much in it. They moved furniture with no questions asked (some carpet clearners will not do this, or will charge extra). Yes, they asked if I wanted the special protective treatment and the deodorizing options, but it was not a hard sell (when I said "no, just the simple cleaning," they offered to protect the 5 rooms I was cleaning for the price of 2... and I said no thanks and that was that... yes, a little attempt at manipulation, but they took no for an answer with no attitude nor further discussion). I would definitely use them again.

The carpets turned out beautiful. The stench lasted for 4 days after they left. The smell was horrible! The only thing I can think that happened is that they used dirty water.

two young men arrived. measured floor. discussed the price and what we would do that day. i would have done more rooms were there a special - but was told there rarely are specials. men were courteous and professional.

The grout came out beautifully. The floor looked new! The floor is 16 years old. Doug W. did a great job. He was down on his knees scrubbing the stubborn spots. They also did my area rug. The rug is in a high traffic area. I thought this rug was on its last legs because it was so soiled - well they did a great job. The rug looked great. they got spots out that my dogs had soiled the rug with. So it saved my rug for a while longer. I would highly recommend them.

They did a good job, but it was a little messy. Their price was pretty good. They have been around a long time. I am not sure why we picked them out. They have been advertising for years. I don't really know where they are located. They run around in their own vans and it's an 800 number you call. We are not really sure how much we spent. The job was good overall. It was a little messy towards the bathroom and the one bedroom getting out of the rooms, not by the walls, because they were steaming the rooms. They did the kitchen and the bathroom so there was water from the steamer. It gets a little messy where the machine is. I don't know if they can even help that. Theirs was a standard price against everybody else. It was average. They did a nice job. They were good on responsiveness and on professionalism.

They did a very good job. They were very, very good. I was actually very impressed, and I would definitely use them again. I couldn't believe how great the tile looked after they cleaned the grout. It really was amazing. They left me with some of the product, which I didn't expect them to do, either. It wasn't part of the contract, and I didn't expect it. I got estimates from two other places, and they were lower. They showed up when they were supposed to. They did the job in the amount of time that they said.

They did good work and it was pretty cut and dry. They were good and put the pads underneath the couch and the love seat. Basically, it was the piece of foam about two inches high and it keeps reaching out of rugs so they gave more circulation under the area, so the rug finally got dried. They were pretty good and that's about it what I can really say. They were good. They were normal with the price. They got $99 special service normally which is $109, we saved $10. I'm not going to get this done again with the mud and everything outside. The quality was good. They were great and were pretty professional.

Called the day before for one carpet to be cleaned and scheduled for the next morning with the AM time slot of 8 - 1. Got a call later on that day to narrow down the time period from 9 - 12. The morning of the cleaning I decided to add a second room, called the office and they said to just tell the operators. Two operators arrived at 10 the next morning. Surveyed the two areas, pretreated some nasty stains, connected to my outdoor faucet and began cleaning the upstairs carpet. (Explained to them which couches could be moved and which furniture could not. I removed all of the small furniture ahead of time.) They quickly moved to the family room and cleaned. Both carpets are very light colored berbers. The bedroom did not appear dirty but had never been cleaned. I am amazed at how absolutely beautiful, new and fresh the carpet now looks! The family room carpet on the other hand was filthy, stained, and trampled from two young active boys. There were coffee and juice stains, and area where my fig tree had "sapped" and the dirt/mold attached to the carpet. Again, the results are amazing - just like new!! The team was professional, informative, efficient and quick. The whole process took about 1.5 hours and about 24 hours to drying time. I received a call from Customer Service later that day to ask about the experience. Highly recommend! Thanks Stanley!

Great communication-called to confirm a few days before and 1/2 prior to showing up. Measured, moved furniture-and did the job without the "attitude"

They were good. I always call the same 1-800 number and I get the same 2 people over the phone. That was the third time I used them. They have done work for me before. One person who came out tried to sell rugs and cleaners to me otherwise they are fast. They move everything and if you ask them to do anything again they don’t have any problem with that. Their price is in line with the others.
