Owner of company seemed to have a bit of an attitude when speaking with him, and we did have a little dust issue after job was completed, but satisfied with the work that was performed.

Marilyn W. review "added costs niot expected. felt like I was buying a used car but I like the installer..." Typical. I did not need the work they claimed I did. I was duped. Ignorant. Went form a $203 estiamte to over $1600 in minutes and I hesitated the discounts began to fly. Reduced to $1050 with an ultra violet light. I went ahead and even tipped the installer $0. Nice kid. It's when the boss offered me a discount if I wrote a glowing review. That's when my wife became suspicious. Why would a company pay for a positive review unless they needed it. Then I began to research across the web for reviews. Wow. So many blistering charges against this company and its management. Afterwards I conducted research with other vendors and Home Advisors. The bill now stands at $700+. According to other vendors in the area who all laughed when i mentioned this company this job should not have been more that $300 even with their BS sanitizing crap. Read the reviews posted on consumer protection and with the better business bureau. Lots of nightmare stories. These guys and their belligerent but discount generous boss give this business sector a bad name. Additionally, when they send an invoice they also send photographs of system parts, ducts, coils, . You don't know if it is your system, before of after the work, but the premise is "here see how clean I made this for you." Why would that be necessary unless they are preparing evidence for a collection law suit? They should show up wearing a ski mask. Prepare to be mugged. They can print this next to my glowing referral of which I have not seen posted yet.

Make sure they tell you about cleaning the blower first. My only issue with them is they clean my ducts then opened the my heating unit and stated the blower needed to be cleaned. The blower would put back dust in the ducts they had just cleaned. Then they hit me with the price to clean the blower which was pricey. Wish they would've told me that first. Owners stated it wouldn't negate the cleaning that was done. Kind of left me guessing if i should have done it. Although the service rep they sent was ACES's. Nery was thorough and knowledgeable and did a great job.

The young man took care of all our needs. He was thorough and very helpful by offering his opinion on other work that should be done by our present heating & air conditioning service contract . He suggested we call them to make sure they would take care of a part of the venting that had accumulated dust. Thank you for sending a very qualified person to our home.

Excellent worker. Clean, efficient. Felt uncomfortable with the extra money needed to fix a problem. Should have been informed ahead of time that was a possibility.Apparently, its a common occurrence. Felt a little like buying a used car where the sales guy always has to go to the managers office to discuss the deal.

Our Technician, Matthew, was excellent. Very knowledgable & discussed plans in detail.

Do not hire them!!! " After the ducts are clean" you may be informed not to turn the unit on untill the fan is cleaned. A extra charge of no small amount. The positive aspect is ,it showed how much 'street smarts I have lost at age 84.

On time and very professional.Mat knew his job and took time doing it.It turned out to be more expensive than the original,but it was explained to me and I was satisfied.

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! I only wanted my air and dryer ducts cleaned. When the tech was at my house, he scared my tenant by telling her we had a mold problem. We have no mold problem, we never even had water in the house during Sandy! I spoke with the tech and with the owner. The last person I spoke with was the tech, Michael. I told him to do the cleaning only. Instead, he did the stuff he was trying to upsell to my tenant. Instead of a bill for $338, I have a bill of $891! The owner has harassed my tenant into giving him her credit card info! Unprofessional and unscrupulous!

technician was on time, clean, presentable and courteous.. he explained what would occur as he worked and seemed very knowledgeable about my problem. he gave me several options just before he finished up and explained their purpose but i chose not to continue at this time. overall opinion: excellent --will use again.

Arrived on time, explained work to be done before starting job. Worked in a profesional manner and finished within the estimated time of work. Would recommend to anyone looking for duct cleaning services.

They came when scheduled, performed the work as discussed. Pricing was based on a special they had advertised, and reasonable. They did try to upsell, but that was expected and the nature of the business. No complaints.
