They did everything we asked and were pleased with the surface. Not anyone’s fault but everything in your house should be vacuumed and wiped down after cleaning. The Vaccum they run in the house leaves residue everywhere. Everywhere!

Cleaned part of the vents did not go to the end of the lines...in 1 return register there was a pvc fitting that I new was down there they did not find it ....but I did after they left tried charging me additional 700 dollars which I refused for motor fan cleaning and sanitizer....I was not happy with this company ,advertising a price and then up selling you at the end

TLDR: All the bad reviews are accurate. The owner of this company is extremely rude and unprofessional and scams people into buying overpriced services that probably were never needed. My 80 year old mother in law called up GreenPro after seeing their ad in the local paper. The tech was hired to do a duct cleaning, but upon being told there was mold in the system, she was talked into paying for installation of a UV light, which would cost $600. Because she was suffering from severe allergies, she was desperate to do whatever it took to try to calm her sinuses down and agreed to pay for the light installation. Somehow the services still ended up adding up to $1500, originally being told it was $1800, and this was after asking for a senior discount, being told she had to refer a new customer, and that she had to pay this amount in cash that day. She paid, and the tech vacuumed the ducts, cleaned the mold somehow without us ever needing to leave the house or turning off the system, and installed the UV light in under 1.5 hours. It is still questionable if all the air ducts were done because we were trying to stay out of his way while he was working. We were emailed before and after pictures, but there is no way to prove that it was actually our system in them, and I still think it is highly suspicious that the tech simply did not show my husband the mold up front when he was in the attic with him. Our system is only a few years old and was installed by the previous homeowner who worked with HVAC systems for a living. The next day, after really wondering what the other charges were that got tacked on to the bill when by our calculations it should have been $287 for the cleaning and $600 for the light, my mother in law called the company to see if she could get an itemized invoice. The first man she spoke to instantly started to talk over her and became rude and argumentative when she insisted she didn't get a copy of the bill because he told her it was emailed to her. He put her on hold, and a different man (I assume the owner) got on the phone with her. She told him that she wanted to know what the other charges were that added up to $1500 because she was only told about the charges for the cleaning and the light. He instantly became combative and accused her of lying and that our tech told us about them (he did not). He also had no patience for her when she could not find the emailed invoice. Being a senior, she did not realize that the bill was hidden away with the multiple photos that had been sent. When she said she didn't get one, he again called her a liar and became extremely irate and loud, talking over her and arguing that it was already sent. If someone is that defensive over a bill that has already been paid, you know something has to be wrong. She had even told him that she wasn't disputing the charges, that she just wanted to see an itemized bill, and he refused to even consider just emailing it to her again. Because I ended up finding the attachment in her email while hearing all of this go down on speakerphone, she told him that he was being very rude and abusive to an 80 year old senior citizen and that this was no way to treat a customer and that she would be leaving bad reviews for him everywhere that she could. He kept screaming at her on the phone about how great he was and how wrong she was, so she hung up on him. Being the juvenile that he was, he called her back and screamed that he does not "deal with f***ing fools" and hung up on her!

I had the vents cleaned in my home. Had not had them done in 30 years! Emil did a fantastic job and was very careful with my belongings! Cleaned up my house when the ductwork was done!

Do not use. This company hasnt had a review in a while so I would say they lost their touch. They make you sign for the work before they perform it pretending like they are having trouble with the tablet so you cant see the breakdown of price and claim it is an approval signature. They use you glass stove top as a tool prep area. They didnt complete all work and claim to have not cleaned two vents because he inspected them. They didnt email the receipt but mail it to you. This is when they add on fake charges. I wouldnt recommend or use again. I got burned on this and I knew it but do not want others to be scammed.

Very happy with Green Pro Co. Professional from the very start. Professional, friendly, when scheduling an appointment . Price - All - Air and Heat ventâ s, price comparable lower than several other companies. Arrived within said window of time stated. The 2 gentleman that did the work were excellent. Hard working, they worked for 3hrs and took approximately a 10 minute break that entire time. Both gentlemen were highly professional, kind, neat, answered any questions clearly I may have had. -,Alan and Vitaly A* for service all the way. The ductâ s are cleaned, checked for any mild and a sanitizer is used. I greatly appreciate the No Fake Smell sanitizer GreenPro useâ s. Once a a sanitizer from a different company was so overpowering it was just icky. Thanks. GreenPro - My A/C on and knowing all the ductâ s are clean is super - and I will be ready for Heat time . The one thing I donâ t appreciate (which has nothing to do with Green Pro) is the amount of calls i get afterwards from home advisor.

Charlie showed up right on time, we walked through the whole project, and he even fixed my dryer vent that was ripped. And the price was half of all the other quotes. I’m very pleased with the service

Central air conditioner ducts should be cleaned every 5 years. I removed the vent covers a day in advance and washed them thoroughly. This not only saved time but the covers are washed before the cleaner put them back after cleaning the ducts.

Emil the service person was here on time . Did a wonderful job and I will be calling this company when it is time to clean out the air ducts in my home again

Technician and owner/manager tried upselling me to the tune of 1500.00. My research shows this to be totally unneccessary. The owner extremely rude on the phone, I felt a lot of selling pressure, never again.

Victor and his partner explained everything they were doing. Even took apart my furnace to show be the problem areas. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I have no problem with the actual work done here. The issue I have is with the high-pressure sales pitch on items that are then very steeply marked up and, judging by some other reviews here, I am not alone. They sold us a UV unit for the ductwork that started at $700, then when we were declining, they knocked $150 off of it. Not knowing about these items, we went for it. If I knew then what I know now, I would have said no. We tried to cancel and get a refund because we had an issue where the money was needed more, but when talking to the owner, Mike, he informed us, in no uncertain terms, that we were beyond the "3 day period" for cancellation in the contract and that he had already ordered it. He was pretty surly to deal with, but he told me that he would consider lowering the price and call me back after the weekend, which, of course, he never did. They installed the UV unit, which Mike told me can run up to $1000. After they were done, I checked the unit online and they were on for $59. Same unit. He marked it up almost 1000%. I guess there were the thousand dollars that he was on about. I texted him twice (I refuse to speak to him again) and have received no response. I'm sure that I'll get one now! A complaint is being filed with the Nassau County Department of Consumer Affairs. Sorry to say, but good work is overshadowed by rip-off business practices and a nasty owner.

We needed our vents cleaned as they had not been done. The customer service and feedback were timely, efficient and professional. The service person provided photos of our vents and furnace, even waited while I contacted the company that services my burner to see if it was covered under my contract. It was not. He gave me my options, price, and photos of the work that needed to be done. No high pressure, just facts backed up by photos. I would recommend them. Professional from start to finish. Left no mess.
