They were very good, I would use them again.

They charge too much and they try to sell you extra stuff that is not necessary. They did an average job on the work and I was pleased with them, but I would not use them again because of the price. They were on time and friendly as well.

The work this company did was great, but the price was mind boggling. I paid them forty nine dollars to walk through my door and that included no service or anything. I mean, they are what I would call wildly expensive. Professionally, they are great. They wore little booties and were dressed real nice. The cost is what got me. They also told me a brand new toilet of ours was having a problem that they could fix for three hundred dollars. We said no to that and went to the store and fixed the problem on our own and it cost us like dollars and some change. The work of this company is great and I would use them again if I was desperate I guess.

Everything went very good with the plumbing. I was glad that I had hired Benjamin. He did an excellent job. He has also installed a water heater for me in the past and provided me with emergency calls as well. They are good no matter what the charges they have are. If I need them, they are here like within an hour. They are a little expensive though.

The serviceman from this plumber was pleasant and considerate, even wearing paper booties in my house and placing mats on the floors. They used the highest quality brass fixtures and completed all the work in a timely, professional manner. I would recommend them.

Got here on time did the job quickly and cleanly. They gave me a quote to replace the sewer pipe to the street - $8000.00!!! I got the job done with a private contractor for $3000.00! Big difference eh? Check the other member comments for prices on replacing a toilet tank and you'll see what I mean about pricing! Watch these guys!!!

When I called to make the appointment, they were very good about coming immediately. With the job, they removed and disposed of the old water heater. The plumbers were clean, professional, courteous and friendly. Upon entering my home, they removed their shoes and placed booties on. The price was a little high but under the circumstances I did not have any forewarning to compare pricing. If the servicemen are late, the business will pay the customer for every minute of lateness.

They send out flyers showing how honest they are and everything. They came to my house. They charged for the estimate $165.00. Plus, they charged $185.00 for the job. When the guy was here, I asked how much he would want to change the inside of the toilet tank. They wanted almost $500.00. I didn't have him do it. I had no problem with the work they did. They were just high.

BENJAMIN FRANKLIN PLUMBING DID A GREAT JOB. WE HAD TO CALL THEM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, AND THEY CAME VERY QUICKLY. THEY DELIVERED EVERYTHING THAT THEY PROMISED, AND GOT EVERYTHING FIXED IN A TIMELY MANNER.

I LIKE THE WAY THEY MAKE SURE TO CALL BEFORE THEY COME OUT. THE MESS THAT WAS MADE WAS TAKEN AWAY WHEN THE GUYS LEFT. IT IS HARD TO FIND A GOOD CLEAN PLUMBER AND I AM GLAD WE DID.

I WAS HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY SERVICES. THE PRICE WAS RIDICULOUSLY HIGH. THE TOILET WAS LEAKING AND THERE WAS NOTHING I COULD DO MYSELF, SO I HAD NO OTHER CHOICE BUT TO HIRE A COMPANY.

THE WORKERS ARE PUNCTUAL AND VERY FAIR. THEY GAVE ME A ESTIMATED PRICE FOR THE SERVICE, WHICH WAS ACCURATE. THEY HAVE A VERY GOOD QUALITY OF WORK.

I WOULD NEVER CALL BEN'S PLUMBING AGAIN! YOU ALREADY COME OUT OF $50 FOR THE REPAIRMAN TO COME OUT. I THOUGHT THE SERVICEMAN WAS AN IDIOT! HE WAS NOT CLEAN AT ALL. I HAVE TO VACUUM HIS MAT THAT HE COVERS THE FLOOR WITH.

THEY ARE EXTREMELY WONDERFUL. THEY EXPLAINED WHY IT HAD TO BE REPLACED INSTEAD OF REPAIRED. THE WORKER CLEANED UP EVERYTHING. THERE WAS NO WATER OR DIRT LEFT ANYWHERE.

I DO NOT HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE WORK THEY DID. I DO THINK THEIR PRICES ARE HIGH, FOR THAT REASON I WILL NOT BE CALLING THEM AGAIN. THEY HAD THE WATER FLOWING FASTER AND BETTER THEN BEFORE. THEY WERE METICULOUS ABOUT CLEANING UP ANY MESS.

THE PRICES WERE A LITTLE HIGH, BUT THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. EVERYTHING WORKS GREAT AND I DID NOT HAVE TO CALL THEM BACK FOR ANY PROBLEMS. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHER CONSUMERS, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
