Description of Work: We developed a major plumbing issue on Memorial Day weekend. Sunday. We were lucky to get someone to come in and do the repair. We were not able to verify it but the cost seemed high. What could we do? They were prompt and professional and had to give us different shower hardware than we would have liked, but they came when they said they were going to and we felt safe.

Description of Work: They replaced 15" of copper pipe in my basement about 8 years ago which was leaking. They are a total ripoff. They charged me double what my regular plumber would have charged but I used them because it was an emergency and I could not get in touch with my regular plumber. PS I had to replace the same pipe in 2016 because is was leaking. I paid half of what they charged. Would NEVER call them again under any circumstances

Description of Work: Fixed bath tub mixing valve for cold and hot water. They give a 1 year warranty on the work performed, which I had to take advantage of because the valve started to leak again prior to expiration of warranty.

Description of Work: Repaired two leaky faucets with new valve seats, etc. and repacked supply valve. Service was extremely prompt, and plumber showed me how to do a couple of simple repairs for the future. Was a bit pricy though.

Description of Work: The mechanic wasn't sure about the part that had to be replaced. I had to come home from work to tell him it was the aquastat. Then he gave me the price for the part which was over twice the retail price. Being in the industrial supply business I know they don't pay retail and that they get a trade discount. Their labor charge was also twice that of other plumbers.
