Description of Work: A very professional father and son team. They installed a three section glass shower door for our newly built walk-in shower. They came when they said they would and the shower door was installed when they said it would be ready. There's no fancy showroom but you won't be disappointed in choosing Metro Glass and Mirror for your project.

Description of Work: Brian and his son installed a neoangle frameless shower door and mirror above vanity. The work came out great, they were most professional, kind and courteous. Communication and scheduling was excellent. Pricing seemed slightly more than other but the overall experience was well worth the $$. Would highly recommend.

Description of Work: Good communication and nice work. We needed three windows repaired and other than a brief delay (one week) between the measuring for replacement glass and the actual installation, it was very smooth. We'd be happy to have Brian here again.

Description of Work: Metro Glass provided a mirror and shower door as part of a large renovation of our home involving more than six different subcontractors. Without question, our experience with Metro Glass was the best of all. Responsive phone calls; punctual appearance for bid and work done; terrific attitude; and obvious concern that customer be happy with the finished product. I work with contractors as an executive for a retail company and wish I could find contractors like Metro Glass for all the trades. Ordinarily, even when giving a favorable rating, this is where I would note any slight deficiencies in my interactions with the contractor, but I just don't have any to note with Metro Glass. Great contractor.

 + -1 moreBrian did a great job. The pane of mirror I brought him had only the sides "polished" to take the sharp edges off. He did all 4 sides of the new pane. I had "guesstimated" the dimensions I needed on the phone. He informed me that the dimensions were actually smaller and charged me less than the original estimate. He could have said nothing and I would have been none the wiser. I will go back for any glass type needs.
Description of Work: I needed to replace a pane of mirror in a 3 pane bathroom mirror.
