Description of Work: They were a very responsive company. After calling them I was intouch with a contractor the very next day who came to my home. Unfortunately he was not able to help me or give me a price on my custom large window damaged during hurricane irene. He was honest and I went with another company The dates are approx as I do not have my planner with me.

Description of Work: Received an estimate for flat roof repair. We ended up going with another firm who seemed to have better ideas for renovation. Did think that Franzoso estimator was professional and courteous and he did follow up with us afterwards to ask why we went with someone else.

Description of Work: David, who represented Franzoso turned out to be too expensive for us, but he was terrific and explained our options. Once he understood what we needed to do to our stall shower, he recommended a shower guy who will do the job for us. We really appreciated his help and in future we would certainly use them for another job. They are a class act.

Description of Work: Franzoso replaced the siding on our house with vinyl siding, replaced our roof and gutters. The service was top notch. Problems that we encountered during installation were handled quickly and professionally. The owner personally called to insure that we were satisfied. Subsequent involvement with the company to clean our gutters has been exceptional. We would highly recommend Franzoso without reservation. We have lived in Westchester county for over 40 years and would not hesitate to use this company again for any major project.

Description of Work: I called them to get an estimate on a roofing job. I left a message, since no one took the call. When I got a call back, the young lady explained that they were very busy but she would have a salesman call me to set up an appt. for a roofing estimate. Let's just say I'm still waiting for that call!
