They did excellent job, they blew installation, It went very well, they were on time, they clean up very well.

I did not happen, this contractor doesn't do internal doors. I had to find someone else.

The crews they sent were friendly and helpful explaining as they worked answering any questions I asked. They cleaned up everything at the end of each day, not leaving any mess, which I appreciated. Thank you for a job well done.

We could not be more pleased with the work Franzoso Contracting did at our home. We had four doors installed (front, back, garage, basement) and each was installed impeccably well. The team took the time to install each door neatly and competently. Further, they were incredibly respectful of our home, taking the time to thoroughly clean up each evening. We have worked with many contractors over the last four years and Franzoso stands out as our best experience. I also must note the professionalism of their team across the board, from sales to scheduling to installation. Everyone we worked with was courteous and kind. We will definitely be working with Franzoso again in the future.

Beautifully!!! The workers replaced all our windows in less than 2 days. They were neat, clean, and ever so polite, respectful, and professional. They made sure everything was to their satisfaction before they left. If is wasn't for the actual new windows, you would never know there was work done in the house. That is how clean and neat they were!

Best contractor experience in 45 years as a homeowner. They showed up on time, returned calls within a hour, completed job on time, were responsive to any problems or concerns.

The team was efficient, listened to what we needed, completed the job on time and with aplomb. At all times we knew what to expect and were never disappointed. We loved working with them and will do so again in the future.

The gentleman that came to by home to perform an estimate was very thorough and provided a quote at the time of his visit. However, I chose award the contract to another vendor. Reason being - (1) I stated when the gentleman arrived that I would be soliciting a number of bids for different contractors. (2) I expressed my interest in a bundled contract as that would allow the winning bidder some cost savings, which would save me some money as well. After two hours, and reviewing all options for windows, siding and roof shingles, the gentleman proceeded to draft up three separate contracts (a la carte, instead of bundled deal), one for each service, and pressured me to sign all three on the spot. He went so far as to put a pen in my hand! I firmly reminded him that I intended to seek other bids before making a final decision. It was clear that he was angry, saying "Don't come back to me in a couple of weeks and expect me to lower my price". Franzoso appears to be a competent vendor, and I would consider them for another project in the future. Hopefully next time they will send a less pushy estimator. I ultimately went with another, less pushy, vendor with a significantly better price.

The downspout of my gutter came down during a windstorm. I called Franzoso and asked them to come and take a look. They came to the house and called me with a price, which was reasonable, so I had them do the work right there and then. They installed a brand new downspout and extender and did a really nice job. I was very happy with their service and I didn't even have to be home as I was at work at the time.

I liked the attention to detail and cleanup. The materials used seem to be top notch. And...the inside of the garage is now dry!

This crew was rock solid, start to finish. Headed up by Project manager Jacob Amacher and his crew Pablo( roofing), Jose (siding) , Edwin ( windows) and the gutter team. These guys are total professionals. Prompt, fast, efficient and knowledgeable.

Amazing! What great work they do! After a nor'easter that caused great destruction in our area, including bringing down 2 big trees on our property, I stepped out the front door afraid of what I might find. My neighbors' roof shingles littered the road and some had even landed on my lawn, but to my great relief, none of the colors matched my roof shingles. My husband checked our roof and every shingle was still right where Franzoso had nailed it. After Sandy, my husband was physically unable to go up on the roof to check it out. There were no leaks, but I still wanted to make sure the wind had not raised the edges of any shingles. I called Franzoso and they said that the next time they had someone in my area they'd have him stop by, free of charge. I did not have to wait long before someone came, checked the roof and reassured us that it was still perfect after 7 years. Their customer service is superb.

Poorly, Never hired them since they were totally unresponsive in the estimation process.

These guys clearly don't care about insulating properly. They are cutting corners to save money and get done sooner. For ex they wrapped the units but did not caulk around the windows they also just skipped wrapping in some areas to go faster also concrete base should have been insulated with 1 inch board or covered with black felt insulation but they skipped this place is directly in the water and sealing these units is key to staying warm and saving on very high energy bills

Quality work was performed for a reasonable price.

I was impressed that they called me back the same day and was able to schedule an appointment with me for the next day. The appointment was close to the time I requested. I was impressed thus far. The rep showed up on time. Then it went down hill from the moment he introduced himself. At that point I knew no matter what price he quoted, he was just too much of a jerk for me to even consider doing business with the company. Surprisingly he was knowledgeable and I was impressed by the quality of their roofing products, however I just couldn't get over his condescending tone and attitude. If he wasn't such a jerk, I might have considered using this company. Had I a pleasant experience with their sales rep, I would of most likely used this company. I have a couple of large projects in the pipeline and was hoping to establish a relationship with this company. My suggestion is that they retrain their sales rep on customer service.

Very well. The job began promptly as scheduled & was completed in a timely manner, including a 1st class cleanup.

unhappy with work and general communication with company. I asked for an estimate on a new roof and never got it. When I pointed out that some of the roof tiles had not been replaced as agreed, I was told, " oh well a storm must of blown them off since we came". Really? I felt that I was being treated as if I were stupid. Would not use again, there is a lot of good competition out there.

They are the best recommended firm on Angie's List. They were punctual and very clean. They cleaned up the site very effectively and had great knowledgeable salesman. In fact, the salesman told us about the roof tiles and we repeated it to someone else who was here to make a bid. That firm started using those roof tiles so they came back and told us that. So great knowledge, professionalism and punctuality. They did a great job on the roof so for roofing I think they are wonderful. They were the high-priced bid, but they did exactly as they said they would.

The estimate was the highest one we got so we didn't use them. They were excellent. They came out right away. They were very thorough. Everything was excellent. The price was too much. If the price was good, I would use them.

After 22 years of good service, it was time to have my roof replaced. After doing the research on line, I decided to do a complete rip off of the old roof rather than add another layer. I looked for a contractor that was certified by the manufacturer. Franzoso Contractor was one such contractor in my area. I chose Franzoso not because they had the lowest price but because they were the most informative and professional of the bidders. As expected, the work was handled professionally throughout the entire process. The workers showed up at the appointed time along with the materials and dumpster. Each step was thoroughly explained and completed according to plan making the project completely stressless.

The Franzoso team, starting with the salesman who spec'd out the job, did a tremendous job. The lead installer was creative in coming up with on-the-fly adjustments, repairs and solutions for our quirky rooflines and drainage needs. Great job, great cleanup/removal, years of experience, and friendly professional service make Franzoso our only choice for any future work of this nature.
