Franzoso Contracting

We had them come to fix some leaks in our roof. They did not try to oversell us, but advised us what they thought was the best option.which was cheaper. It worked and we have not had any problems. We had them come back and replace our gutters. They took all of the old material down, fixed some problem areas and installed the new gutters. We have had many big rains since the new gutters were installed and have not seen a single problem. I highly recommend them.

Needed siding and roofing repairs. Received three bids and Franzoso Contracting was in the middle. I felt very comfortable with the foreman, Pete Clack, who reviewed the job with me. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Based on this and a strong recommendation from someone down the street who had also done business with Franzoso, I put down a small deposit and we set a repair date. Job was completed in a professional manner and the cleanup was very well done.

My experience with Franzoso started with an estimate. The estimator arrived on time, thoroughly explained the process and the products and followed up promptly with a written estimate. He also returned my phone calls promptly. His timeliness and obvious knowledge of the roofing job was one of the reasons I choose Franzoso. The job was performed exactly as the gentlemen had explained. I got five estimates for the job, Franzoso's was competitive with the other estimates. The job was started on the day I requested and completed in a week's time. This was the timing promised to me with the estimate. I was called the week prior to the job by the supervisor who introduced himself and told me who would be working on my roof. Every day the men arrived on time and worked very hard all day. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly. At the end of each day the men cleaned up around my house. I could not have asked for them to do any more. They were polite and very hard working. My roof looks very nice and my property was cleaned up. There was one minor cleanup issue that I noticed after the men left. I called the supervisor and it was taken care of promptly. Overall the experience was a delight. I will definitely use Franzoso again.

The gentleman that came to do the estimate knew exactly why the leak happened. He explained what needed to be done and gave me a estimate and said someone would be there to start the work within the week. They began the work promptly and finished promptly. The only problem I had was the gentleman that gave me the estimate told me someone would call me after the work was completed to make sure I was satisfied with the work, then they would charge my credit card and they never called to check if I was satisfied.

I was very impressed with the crew they sent. They arrived on time. They seemed extremely well organized. They worked continuously. Everyone seemed to know exactly what they were doing. They finished ahead of schedule. They cleaned up so well that no one would know they were there except for the fact I have a new garage roof. I was very pleased with them.

As soon as the weather allowed the worked one day (4 guys) solving a problem which has existed for 10 years. At last there are no more leaks. We have had 2 rain storms since the fix and no leaking at all. I cannot comment strongly enough on how professional they were during the entire process - the first inspection - the development of the plan and quotation and finally the work and completion. When they left you could not tell that someone had just done a major roof repair. I give them an "A".

It went well and we used them in our second home as well. I would highly recommend them to others.

earThe company was prompt, efficient, and a pleasure with which to work. We had a completely new roof system installed, and it was done within a few days of signing the contract. I'd work with this company again in a heartbeat.

We chose them because they had a lot of positive reviews on Angie's List. They were very prompt and very professional. They did a very neat job. They were very easy to deal with. They responded very quickly when we called. They gave us a bid on the spot when they came out to do the inspection. Then a few weeks later, when we had a question about realigning one of the liters coming down, their estimator came out again to take a look at it to make sure that he understood what we were saying. He said that he could design it that way and that he will make sure that the crew understands that they do it that particular way. Sure enough, it was all done perfectly.

Franzoso was wonderful. First, their price was better thean the other company we interviewed and their representative was polite and knowledgable about his product. He also did not try to charge us extra for white on the interior of the windows. They showed up on time with a crew of 4 men. They finished everything in a day and a half. At no time was the house left open to the elements for an extended period of time. They cleaned up each day and left nothing behind. The window and door frames match the exterior framework of the other condos around us so it is not noticeable that they have been replaced. The quality is excellent and the comfort level in our home has greatly improved. The windows were individually installed and were not done as double window sets. Therefore all the interior moulding was left intact and I didn't have to change curtain rods as I did with the other company and the windows match each other.

We called them one very early morning when we woke up to a huge leak in our son's closet. Franzoso sent a guy out within 2 hours. He patched up our leak and gave us an estimate on what a new roof would cost. Thier guys arrived on time and worked non stop all day. They finished the job 3 days in advanced. Cleaned up and left us with a brand new beautiful roof. We are very happy with them and will be using them to get new siding done.

We got Franzone's name from Angie's list. We left a message on the internet and received a phone call the same evening. We called back to arrange an inspection. The inspector came on time and reassured us that at this time we did not have a roofing problem.

Things went smoothlyl from start to finish, and I'm happy with the results. The work was done as agreed and very well. There is good communication about who is coming to do what and when. They are professional and pleasant.

Franzoso replaced our gutters a few months ago and they did a great job, so we brought them back for the door. I had gotten a cheaper quote for the door elsewhere, but when I spoke to the Franzoso salesman, Mike, it was clear that the higher quote would be worth it in the long run. Mike has always been excellent to work with, in my experience so far. Since we had to custom-order the door due to its size, we had to pay 1/3 of the estimate as a down payment, which was understandable, and fine with us. The workers showed up on time and I checked on them before I left for work - he pointed out some issues with the frame and surrounding wall, specifically rotting wood, but we already knew about it and it was supposed to be included in the estimate. He never mentioned any extra labor or costs that weren't included. When I got home from work, the door was finished and everything was cleaned up very nicely. It looks amazingly, they did a great job. The room is so much warmer now with proper weather protection. When I got the gutters replaced, the supervisor called me within days to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and to collect payment. I was very surprised when I didn't hear back from Franzoso for almost a month about the door, and there was no phone call - just an email with the invoice, which included a $850 addition for "extras" that I thought were included in my estimate, and nobody had called to ask or inform me of these extras while the work was being performed. I called them about it and they removed the $850, but said they would discuss it with the production department. It hasn't been an issue since, but I hope they don't come back and ask for it after all. Even despite the billing problems, I still really enjoy working with Franzoso and plan to use them again in the future as we continue to fix up the house.

Mike came out to the estimate for me in the springtime. I had gotten an estimate elsewhere, but the men were in a hurry, didn't measure anything, and would have just replaced everything exactly as it was - for more money. Mike took his time to measure all sides that required gutters, showed me my options, including larger capacities, and the price was more reasonable. We also discussed ways to make the gutter/leader system more efficient around the back of the house. More pressing financial issues had come up since we had the estimate done, so when I contacted them in the fall to get an updated quote, I was pleased that they honored the original quote, months later. We weren't home when the work was done, and I was surprised they finished so fast! There was no debris or garbage, I wouldn't have even known they were there if the brand new, amazing gutters weren't in place. I was disappointed to see that the gutter design we talked about wasn't implemented on the back of the house, but a quick phone call to Franzoso told me that the roof was pitched the wrong way, so it couldn't have been done the way we planned, which is fine. I was just happy there was an explanation and not an oversight. The production staff was wonderful and called me several times to follow up and make sure everything was well. I have since hired them to do more work, and wrote a separate review for that. I will continue to use Franzoso in the future.

They showed up as scheduled and were very professional. The roof looks great. Only minus, roofing nails left in driveway.

Had new entrance put on house and needed new siding and window removal and replacement. Everyone involved was very professional and friendly, the work was excellent. We are very happy with the quality of the siding and the work done. After the work was completed another contractor had damaged some of the new siding. Franzoso came and replaced the piece at no cost to us! I would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new siding.

The workers were hardworking, polite, punctual, and thoroughly professional. Cleanup was excellent.

This company does excellent work. I had them do other work for me, so I called them immediately when I had damage from Hurricane Sandy. They came to give me an estimate right away. Although they are not the cheapest price you will find for a roof, they use very good quality material, and their workmanship is excellent, so any extra cost is worth it. Their workers are prompt, professional, and very careful. And the company doesn't take a penny until the entire job is complete to your satisfaction!!

My emails and calls were returned promptly. They were on time for the appointment we made for an estimate and the day agreed upon to do the work. The 2 man crew that did the work paid attention to the deck details and rebuilt it true to design and with a visibly improved support system. I'm happy with the quality of their work and that they were able to do it quickly.

We were very happy with them. They were recommended by someone. They did a great job. Their clean up was great. I believe at that time, unless they had changed their policy, you did not have to make any payment until all of the work was done. They had a manager who comes down and walks around your house to make sure you are happy with it, and then you paid. You did not have to do 50% down and 50% when they were finished. It was kind of unusual.

I ended up hiring Miracle Home Improvement--a man came the day after I called and the repair was done the following morning. That's customer service!

We had the roof of our sunroom and the fencing replaced. The deal on the roof was excellent, while we choose the highest grade of fence, which was twice he cost of the roofing job. Franzoso's crew was excellent and efficient. They worked hard and cleaned everything up neatly when they were finished. Their carpenter came for the carpentry and fencing work and post completion both the carpenter and the main office contacted us to check if everything was in order. I highly recommend Franzoso and will surely engage them in a next job.

We had several issues with our roof which they repair as well as shampooing the roof. Completely remodeled our old screen porch into a Sunroom we will be able to use in the summer. Everyone in the company is a pleasure to deal with. Very professional. Workers are professional and meticulous.

Fransozo Contracting is professional from the first phone call until the installation. They keep you updated on material arriving, they measure twice, explain what they will do and how they will do it. Edwin the installer covered my hardwood floors and surrounding areas, my front steps and cleaned up all debria prior to leaving you would have never known they were there. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the near future for my windows and siding.
