Perfect. The leak was fixed.

FRANZOSO WAS EXCEPTIONAL! OUR ROOF WAS 40 SQUARES AND THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB! EACH DAY WHEN WE CAME COME FROM WORK, THERE WAS NO DEBRIS ON THE LAWN AND ALL OF THERE MATERIALS WHERE NEATLY STACKED FOR THE NEXT DAY.GAF IS A SHINGLE MANUFACTURE AND THEY HAD A PROMOTION AND THEY ENTERED OUR HOUSE TO BE SELECTED TO BE FEATURED USING A NEW PRODUCT AND WE WON SAVING US $4,000 DOLLARS BECAUSE GAF SUPPLIED THE SHINGELS. I WOULD USE FRANZOSO AGAIN AND AGAIN.

It was fine.I called them because I had used them in the past and I knew they did roof work. I might use them again for some things. I actually have some additional work contracted with them and I am waiting for them to start. Generally they are quite good once you get them going but communication is not as aggressive as I would like it to be on their part. I had to chase them a little bit.

The entire experience went very smoothly from the time I spoke to a representative from Franzoso's at the Home Show in Westchester County Center in the Fall unti' the job was completed last week. I signed a contract in the Fall but due to the harsh Winter decided to put the job off until the Spring. Peter kept in touch with me periodically over the Winter and when we finally decided to start the work, I knew exactly who would be coming to my house and when they would be there each day. Cesar, the main installer who was on site everyday was the consumate professional. He is extremely skilled, courteous and he always took the time to answer my questions. The crew worked long hours and left my yard and home in pristine condition each evening before they left. Any additional work that was needed was explained to me and I received a proposal almost immediately. There was no "hard sell" to do additional work and I am completely satisfied that what needed to de done, got done in a professional and timely manner. Franzoso honored a coupon that I received from Angie's list with no hesitation. I am extremely satisfied with the results - my old, dated home now looks beautiful and I smile every time I drive up to the driveway! Thank you to the entire Franzoso team! Ellen Ryan

They said I should replace the roof,so I said OK and had them replace the roof for $2400. I thought this was expensive at the time, but I wanted the leak fixed. I few years later the roof began to leak again, and Franzoso's came out and caulked and the leak stopped for about a year but started again, so I called them back and they said the problem was not the roof, but rather the door and frame leading out to the roof. I agreed to let them replace these items at a cost of $2500, but put in writing that I expected the leak to stop. I agreed that after 15 years, I probably needed to replace the roof again, but I also told them of my continuing problem, and asked that they adjust their estimate ($3200) downward because of the money I had already spent. I had to call three times to get the final estimate, which they did not change, and which was three times as much as another roofing company's estimate. At that point, I wrote a personal letter to Mr. Franzoso, the owner, and he did not even give me the courtesy of a reply. I will never use them again.

Had I written this review last June when the work was performed I would have leaned toward given them A grades in everything but price which seems to run on the high side. I was particularly impressed with Tino who did great work on my window install and was very careful to protect and not damage anything on the inside of the house. The reason my grade has dropped to a B (debated whether to drop it to a C) nearly a year later is due to problems with the new roof and door that developed over the winter and my frustration with contacting them to try and resolve the problems. After some back and forth with emails and phone calls, someone came out to look at the problem. He took lots of pictures and went away leaving me wondering what if anything is going to be done and when. I also had to contact them multiple times to get paperwork so that I could finish my taxes this year. Their job invoice was just a lump sum and I need a couple item costs for an energy star tax credit. Today's phone call to them got a rude receptionist who told me to wait till the end of the week. It's been another 3 weeks and the problem is still not fixed.

the work was very nicely done, had one issue and they took care of it... great company!

They showed up on time, worked hard all day, stayed late so they wouldn't have to come back the next day. and did a great job. The price was quoted was significantly better than other firms I contacted. The attention to detail was impressive.

They were so professional from the estimate on. Job was done quickly and the gutters look nice and work great. Very happy!

They were good. They were a little more expensive but the gentlemen were very professional. They went out of their way as they even changed a light for us on the exterior of the house.

It was superb. They were great! Highly recommend.

Installed house windows. They were persistent with properly installing a window that was difficult to install. Did not stop until we felt it was fitted properly. BTW they stayed an extra day to give me the quality installation I expected.

Provider had done a fairly major roof repair following storm damage. When a skylight in the same area developed a leak some months later, they came right away and did an emergency patch. A few days later they did a permanent repair. We are still waiting for promised repairs to interior ceiling. All at no cost to us. We have used Fransozo many times for roof and gutter work and find that they are always prompt, professional and thorough. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Called Fransozo two weeks ago to have them come in to do an estimate on fixing my front door 8.5" aluminum siding. This siding is basically impossible to find. I emailed them the "before" pics and they were available to come this morning. Willington and Boris showed up on time and after about 30 seconds said "Yeah, we can do it for you....today." As you can see by the pics they did a *fantabulous* job. It couldn't have come out better. They bent the aluminum manually and the paint whilst not perfect was pretty darn close (pre-painted). They worked for about an hour or so and cleaned up. Finished the job up with some clear silicone and let me tell you I couldn't be happier. i will be using these guys in the future for sure. Thanks again for a job excellently done. The price was right and the job was done perfectly.

they arrived on time on Monday September 30, 2013 and finished at 3 pm on Wednesday October 2, 2013. I was amazed at how quickly the job was done and done superbly. I don't expect to need a second roof as I am 70 but this was just a superb job.

Started on time. Ended when promised. Very professional from estimate to clean up. Completely satisfied.

The gentleman who came was polite and punctual and very helpful. We ended up going with a different contractor for the work because we ended u deciding not to do the jobs they estimated. I will go with them for future jobs however.

They were able to figure the problem out immediately and tell me how they would fix it. The workers came when they said they would. The only thing that I didn't like is that I was told before they charge my credit card that someone would be in touch to make sure I was pleased with the work and if I had any questions. They did not do that, they charged my account and when I called about some questions I had, it took days for someone to get back to me but overall it was a good experience.

We contracted with Franzoso to replace a skylight on our roof. We had a little bit of a difficult time finding contractors this. Not many contractors will work with skylights. Franzoso gave us a decent estimate and we settled on them. It was several weeks from signing the contract to having the work done, but once they did, the work was done well and efficiently. The workers showed up early in the morning and by midday were finished. They did a great job with minimal upset to the house and cleaned up nicely. I would definitely recommend Franzoso and use them again.

Franzoso Contracting's were competitive with price. They were a little bit more but I liked what they presented. They were very thorough, very responsive, very informative, and came across very knowledgeable. On the flip side they didn't man the job properly. They only sent two guys although they indicated they would send four. Because they only sent two guys the job lasted 3 days when it should have been done in a day and a half or 2 days. That was a little bit nerve racking. The weather was threatening rain especially on the third day. I was a little upset that they didn't man the job properly. They sent 2 guys on the first day, 3 guys on the second day, and the same 2 guys on the third day. The quality of the work was good, the workmanship was good, and the workers worked hard. They cleaned up properly, did everything they said, and followed up with their calls. Franzoso Contracting answered their calls and sent representatives here. It was positive.

Originally we went on Angie's list to get a contractor to install a replacement storm door. BUT we also asked that the same contractor look at repairing the lock on another door and replacing the weather stripping on another door. When the salesman showed up to look at work required to replace storm door I asked what about the other doors (lock and weather stripping) the salesman said for me to "just ask the workers who come to install the new storm door to look at the other door lock and the other doors weather stripping and they should be able to do something". So needless to say I never got the work done on the other two doors as there was no plans made t do this other work.

Franzoso Contracting were professional, responsive, punctual, and did a careful job.

There was a delay in getting started, but it was partly due to weather. All the work was completed in one day. Everything was correctly the first time - no issues. The sales person and installers were professional, courteous and helpful.

Everything went absolutely amazing. Jack came out and looked over the locations where we were having the 2 leaks. He was patient and explained his thoughts on how and why the leaks were occurring. Based on his assessment (which he did on our roof on a rainy day), he thought our roof looked fine but the leak was coming from our wood siding due to woodpecker damage (requiring a carpenter to fix). I didn't get the feeling that he was trying to sell us something we didn't need. A great experience all around- from the secretaries who answer the phone to the gentleman who came out. Although we didn't need to hire Franzoso Contracting this time around, I would not hesitate to call this company back if I needed work done or when it comes time to replace the roof.

They were exceptionally good workers and did a fine job on everything including follow-up phone calls during the job. I would use them again in a heartbeat. The roof looks great and the skylights too.
