Response from Franzoso Contracting
Dear Member, I am confused by your negative review. The documentation and timeline in our system is not adding up to your personal timeline. There are two projects from you in our database: #1- On 7/15/14 you contacted us about information on clear heat, gutters and leaders, and roof protection. On 7/18/14 you had a service estimate with Richard. Your project was then approved 7/30/14, however, you canceled this job. #2 (most recent) -On 6/30/15 you contacted us about a roof replacement. -Your appointment was dated 7/11/15 with Karen who spent a significant amount of time with you in your home. She explained the steps and showed pictures of how we correctly install a roof, she spent time in your attic, and made sure you were aware of all the cracking and watermarks, and you even took her on a tour of your home. -The proposal for this job was sent 7/22/15. While I do agree with you, this proposal could have been sent sooner, this is a period of 9 days (not including Sunday). Not 6 weeks. Typically it takes 5-8 business days to produce a proposal for a project like yours. Despite the fact that we are very busy, we like to spend time producing a professional, typed proposal, which goes through many layers in the company in order to provide the customer with a fair quote, and great service. The other quotes you mention are from contractors, who are typically “1 man shows,” and provide handwritten or even verbal quotes. These type of contractors do not take nearly the amount of time and attention on your project as we do. We are just not that type of company, and we are extremely sorry we did not meet your timeline.
