+ -1 moreWhen my wife returned home she called him to ask why he had been so rude and quit the job. He told her that I was an a**hole for filling the area and that he didn't care if she called the Better Business Bureau to complain. He then hung up on her.
Description of Work: I needed to have hornets removed from my cellar. The guy (it is a two-man company) was very angry and upset to see that I had tried to solve the problem myself by filling in the entry point with foam and cement. He hammered a hole under my siding with a screwdriver and hammer, whereupon he said that he was refusing the job and left.

+ -1 moreI was very pleased with Bug Busters. They were friendly, punctual, and did the job right the first time, eliminating the ants. I liked that they did not try to up sell me, as did other exterminators I have used. They have great pricing and warranties.
Description of Work: Bug Busters sprayed for ants at my house. I was having a serious problem with them.
