John arrived in record time and solved our plumbing problem in no time at all. Service was excellent and John was very courteous. I would say the price paid was very reasonable for the repair that was done. I would definitely use them again.

Rubber Duck Plumbing returned my call within about 2 minutes and came to my house at 11PM to find out why my basement was filling up with water. As soon as they arrived, they were able to pinpoint immediately what the problem was. They were back at my house at 7AM with all the parts needed to repair our ejector pump and then cleaned up perfectly. Very professional, very knowledgeable and all around great service. I will be using them for any future plumbing needs.

John and Ian came to fix my tub hot water leak within 1/2 hr. of me calling Home Advisor. They replaced the shower body at my request instead of a temporary repair. They did an excellent job and were so professional in an emergency situation. I would definitely use them again and recommend them as well.

John did a great job. He knows what he's doing and has all the latest tools and equipment to do the job safely and efficiently. Pricing was fair, compared to other quotes I received. On the day the job was scheduled, he did arrive an hour late. I called after a half hour, and he explained his lateness-but I would have preferred he call me first. Other than that, a great job and I will use him again if needed.

Joe, the owner was not only professional, prompt and extremely cost effective but part comedian as well. I got price quotes from other Master Plumbers in the area and Rubber Duck was not the least expensive, however I had full confidence prior to beginning the job due to the time Joe took to explain exactly step by step what was necessary in order to complete the job in an easy to understand manner. I found Rubber Duck Plumbing on Home adviser. I called and spoke to Joe. He was at my house within the hour. We have been having a problem with a leak we could not find for about 2 months and when thru 3 different plumbers. He truly listened to us and found the problem right away. After discussing our options, he and his partner had the job done within a few hours. They were neat & professional. I would highly recommend them.
