This is not my first experience with Rubber Duck or with Andrew, the professional who arrived at my home. I can't say enough good things about this gentleman - timely, congenial, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. If I could give him ten stars, I would!

I do not recommend using this business, very unprofessional. Made an online appointment on a Wednesday afternoon for Saturday morning 10am- 12pm. They send back a confirmation text and email. It’s now Saturday and nobody showed up. I call the office at 12:30pm and was told by Elena that Joe was assigned the job and she will send him a message. 2:10pm rolls around and still no call and no show so I call back and speak with Rebecca who says she will send a follow up text to Joe. At 2:30pm i receive a text from Andrew telling me they don’t do scheduled work on weekends and he didn’t know how the system allowed for me to book for a Saturday and said I can reschedule for Monday. The customer service is un-freaking believable. The error occurred on their end, they had 3 days to notify me, the customer, to reschedule because my appointment shouldn’t haven’t gone through. Instead they wasted my whole day waiting for a technician to come AND led me on both times I called to follow up.

They did a great job for a fair price. I was pleased with the work and it was done the same day. Definitely recommend

Very prompt and courteous. The technician was very thorough and Knowledgeable. He was able to identify and resolve our boiler issue quickly and efficiently and for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this contractor for heating and plumbing needs.

He came and fix our sink issue

Rubber Duck Plumbing was recommended to us through another plumbing service. When it was determined our sewer line was falling apart, Joe not only quoted us a price but was able to get his crew out to do the work on the inside of the house the same day. They came back the following week to dig up and replace the broken portion of the outside sewer line in a matter of hours. Their work is top quality and they stand behind it 100%. Highly recommended.

Rubber Duck Plumbing was professional and efficient. They showed up on time and did the installation and left my kitchen as clean as they found it. Reasonably priced, too.

Service person arrived on time was very personable and very thorough with the work. I would definitely recommend. Job well done.

Worker arrived late, and a call to alert me of the fact came well after the arrival window had already passed. The worker did a good job and the price was fair, but because of the late arrival vis a vis my schedule, he was forced to rush and so didn't do a very good job of cleaning up once he was done.

They were very good at communicating where they were, and when they arrived. and yes, one call did do it all.

It is a pleasure to work with these men.They are very clean and they protected my floors with tarps prior to demolition. They replaced rotted galvanized pipe and fittings that supply my bath, toilet, and kitchen sink. A crew worked on the job so it was completed in one day. John and Joe are very professional and the work quality was excellent. I highly recommend them for any plumbing project.

I have hired this company more than once. They did the plumbing for an addition on my home. I also called them in a panic as my kitchen flooded with water and they rushed over to fix a large cracked pipe.

Very knowledgeable, friendly,clean & efficient. My boiler went down on the coldest day if the year & they fit me in, fixed my boiler in no time at all. So very happy with the work they did.

Very professional and prompt. Purchased a water heater from them and had them install it. Left my house cleaner than when they started the job, which was an issue with other companies. Kept me updated on the job and Paul, who did my job, was readily available for follow up questions. Highly recommend them and will be using them for all of my future plumbing needs.

This company is terrific ! They said they would arrive between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m and at 9 a.m. they were at my door. Joe and his assistant Anwar did a great job: fast, efficient. no mess: just fantastic. I've never written a review before, but this company absolutely deserves kudos from me.
