Rubber Duck exceeded my expectations on every level. John was at my house within 1 hour of first phone call (which was 5 minutes after entering my phone number on form) and gave me a solid estimate that he stuck to. He did the job the next morning exactly on time. His work was professional, and efficient. He was fast and extremely neat and friendly. Prices are not bargain basement but you get a professional result performed by a professional. There were no surprises and price was just as stated. All in all a very good experience. I would certainly recommend John and Rubber Duck to my friends and family. Well done.

RubberDuck plumbing were quick to repspond to my inquiry, were able to take care of the problem, were professional, and clean. The price was good. A little more than I wanted to spend but less than what I expected. I would definitely use them again.

John was straight up with me,and did excellent work. He is neat and a very knowledgable plumber.

He reinstalled an existing toilet with wax seal and new bolts. Old bolts were rusted and broken. Gave an excellent estimate with all options, and potential problems. Job was done in a timely manner and was cleaned up looking like no work was done at all.

Clearly, John (the plumber) is one of those uncommon folk who is drawn to a problem situation (as was my plumbing job in a tight place to work). He applied (what I presumed to be) his considerable experience ..and Voila!

Quick response and then showed up 30 minutes later. Did a great job installing hot water tank the same day on a Sunday. Family happy they don't have to take cold showers and baths tonight.Thanks

Joe came to the house. He saw what the problem was in the bathroom. He had the part with him and fixed it. I would definitely call him again.

The men that installed the hot water heater were very knowledgable, fast workers and cleaned up after they finished. Great job!! Would definitely recommend them!!

He called last night and showed up in 30 minutes.He quoted the job last night to revamp all my waste pipes in the basement, showed up this morning and completed all the work .joe is a true artist of his craft and has excellent workers by his side.it's a relief to know that home advisor works well and sent me someone I will use anytime.

Joe and John did a great job on a complete rip out of all my basement pipes and rebuilt the entire system again thru PVC and Cast Iron. Beautiful job and very clean when they left. Made sure everything worked before leaving. Highly recommend. Very Professional and a Master Plumber. I found my new plumber for big and small jobs.

Joe called me as soon as I hit the submit button at around 8 pm. If needed he would have come then but we were able to wait till the morning and he came first thing 7:45 am. Very professional and polite, explained everything and had the job done quickly...on Christmas eve.

My kitchen faucet broke on thanksgiving he called that day and we scheduled for the next morning. Work done fast the only issue was his clean up not as good as I would have liked .

I was renovating my bathroom and installing a ceramic floor. A new toilet flange was required and Joe responded immediately to my call and was able to do the job the next morning. The tile floor was completed and Joe returned (at no add'l charge) to set the flange on top of the tile. Joe worked very efficiently and neatly and kept me informed about how the work would be done. His price was very reasonable and he answered all my questions. I would use him again and recommend him to others.
