We found this company on Angies List. So impressed. This company has excellent customer service. From the initial telephone call through the entire job All Weather Temperature Control, Inc. was Excellent!! They were nice & knowledgeable. John was the service technician for our job. He immediately assessed the situation. John explained what was going on. He fixed the problem. He is awesome. Bravo to All Weather Temperature Control, Inc. for hiring such a quality person! I will definitely use this company again & recommend!!

I made an appointment with them based on Angies list reviews. They told me that someone named Joe would be at my house at 10am on 6/26/14 to look over the job and give me an estimate. Well Joe did not show up so at 11am I called the office to find out what was going on. they told me they would track him down and someone would call me back. Now it's 1pm and no one has called,so I again called the office and was told they have not heard from Joe but they would try again and that they would call me back and let me know what is going on. Well it Is now 3:30pm and still no call. My advise is to STAY AWAY from this company because if they can't even call you how reliable would there work and service be? Well heres the update. The next day the office called to tell me that their salesman had phone trouble and that's why he didn't show. They told me the owner Brandon would come out to look over the job and give me a price. Brandon showed up on time and was a complete gentleman. He described in detail all the work and explained everything to me. The next day Brandon called me and also sent a e-mail with a description of the work and a price. Although I chose a different company to do the job I must say that Brandon gave me an excellent price and made up for the poor performance of his salesman.

I had no problem with them. They came back when there were issues. Everybody was able to speak english and understand what I was saying. They were clean; when they left I didn't know they had been there. Their prices were high but both the air conditioning system and the water heater along with their services were top of the line. You get what you pay for.

I posted 6/10/14, and have removed, a negative review of this company. Due to communication problems our issue was not handled according to original promises. Unrelated to that posting, we were contacted by the owner of the company, who apologized for the communication delays, promptly addressed our concerns and had a repair technician come to our home today, 6/11/14. In addition to the above, and in consideration of our 22 years with All Weather, the owner discounted our new unit which will be installed shortly. My apologies to All Weather for that short-lived posting. As a multi decade client of this company, I recommend All Weather, and thank the president, Brandon, for his personal attention to our concerns.

They were alright and pretty good. One guy that used to be there was very informative and knowledgeable of his job. He was also like an educator and he was very good. My wife wasn't happy with the last guy we used. He disappeared for 20 minutes and charged us for the time. They charge $125 for the first hour and then they charge for every 15 minutes. The first guy was very professional. We would possibly use them again.

Replaced water heater, furnace and air conditioning.

So far so good. They showed up and did the job and the system works.

I have had a service contract with All Weather for over a decade. Although some of my equipment is old, the yearly maintenance provided by All Weather has kept it running well and I rarely need a service call. But this year, in the middle of that heat wave, the rain shield on my A/C condenser kind of fell apart. All Weather was able to find a replacement part. And I could use the unit while waiting for the part. The $30.00 charge was for the part. I am more than happy with All Weather's performance.

It was spectacular service. I wish I could give them more than five stars. It was a breadth of fresh air actually. I would recommend them to other people too.

They were punctual and worked hard from start to finish. It was extremely hot and working in the attic it was well over 100 degrees. They never complained. They were neat and courteous. Eric noticed my mailbox was hanging and even fixed it for us. I would use them again and will recommend them to my friends and family.

Our first impression of All Weather was rather positive. The sales person was punctual, accommodated a late evening meeting and among his credentials were over 30 years in business and presidency of ACCA. He assured us about their expertise in the field and he recommended for us the most energy efficient unit. The first issue was that he refused to apply for the LIPA efficiency rebate, stating that the unit has to be sized according to manual J calculation and it would be undersized for our house. Since this was a replacement unit and the manual J calculation seemed to be a tedious process, using the same capacity would have somewhat made sense, so we didn't insist on it. We also asked him some detalis regarding the installation of the new distribution system and the insulation factor of the distribution system and his answer was that they will use R8 insulation and everything will be properly done. We have the distribution system in our attic, in a space were it can easly get up to 100 degrees farenheit, so a good insulation for the unit is vital. Overall it did sound like they were qualified to do a good job and while their price was a bit higher than other quotes we had received, they had also offered what we felt was a better unit and a more comprehensive upgrade of the distribution system. But the one mistake on our side was not to detail every single aspect in the contract, it was rather a standard form that we signed. On the first day when they started installing the unit I noticed that they were using R4 to insulate the distribution system and when I asked why they are not using R8, I was told that they were instructed to use R4. They told us to look in the contract to see if it is specified somewhere R8 otherwise they will continue with R4, because R8 will cost them thousands more. After endless arguments on the phone with the sales person they ended up putting R8 arms and another layer of insulation on the trunk. Next when attaching the ducts, they simply used plastic straps. I asked the installation guy if they are going to apply mastic. His answer was " what?" So after I explained to him it's the "paste you apply at duct joints" he said no, they don't do that. I'm not sure what is worse, that after claiming 14 years experience installing air ducts he doesn't know what mastic is, or that he wanted to patronize me. I called the sales guy, he never returned my call, I called their foreman, he told me no, they don't do that, only a few houses on Long Island have that because it was required as part of energy efficient improvements backed by state loans. So the rest of us can just waste energy?! They showed no care at all when installing the distribution system, ripped the insulation around it, pushed an arm in the nails on the roof and there is absolutely no sign of tape or any kind of air leakage protection, or even metal bands. And one last endless argument was trying to make them to at least balance the dampeners. Looking at the end result now, it feels that we have just as much leakage in the ducts as before and no improvement in efficiency. While I should have insisted on the manual J calculation and put in the contract all tinny details, I also think there shouldn't be a need for those things when you deal with a professional that has been in the business years and years. Isn't good insulation, no air leakage, system balancing and no holes in the ducts a basic requirement when installing a HVAC system? My advise: don't buy a Lennox system, nor trust their recommended dealers. High end unit + bad installation = waste of money!

I called All Weather Temp on a Saturday morning to service my oil burner which was malfunctioning. It was outside of office hours, but I left a message with a woman for emergency service. A service technician called me back within 15 minutes, and was at my house within an hour of speaking with him. He was very knowledgeable and professional, getting the job done in an hour like he originally quoted. He taught my husband and I a lot about the oil burner that we didn't already know, giving us a lot of helpful tips. The only drawback was that we were charged time and a half for labor since it was a Saturday, though I haven't been able to compare it to other companies just yet. The job only took him an hour, so it wasn't that expensive. Overall a very positive experience. I would definitely use this company again for emergency service, and possibly even a service contract.

The representative from All Weather was very professional, understanding, punctual, and pleasant - everything you would want in a service provider. He provided a "rough estimate" after his review on November 8 and told me that he needed to go to his office to complete a final proposal for the job, which I would receive the next day via email. When I did not receive the proposal by November 11, I called All Weather and the representative told me that he had been busy but would email the proposal over the weekend. I did not receive an email proposal over the weekend, however, the representative did deliver a hard copy proposal to my mailbox on November 22, 2011. At that point, I had already contracted with another vendor to do the work. If I had received a proposal in a timely manner, I would have given the job to All Weather.

sales consultant spent more time and gave more detailed estimate than anyone else.The Installation Manager and crew were excellent, neat well done job. They worked on a day with 100 degree heat.One of the best experiences we have had with a contractor, Highly reccomended

They are the only co. we called that was interested in doing the job. This is because their price was 1/3 of what we were quoted by another company. They determined we had mold and an uninsulated vent box. The vent box was insulated and the affected ductwork was replaced. We needed a Saturday appointment and at the time we called they were not yet working on the weekend. They followed up a few weeks later and we were one of the first weekend repairs they did this season.The workers kept our home clean, arrived when scheduled and solved our problems. We definitely use this company again. They are honest and fair in their pricing.

The initial consultation by a trained technician/sales person included a 2 hour overview of proposed custom constructed duct work w/ upgrade of heating system. This was Impressive since the estimate was no higher than previous ones given by less knowledgeable people from other company's. I signed on. The project manager seamed young, but he must have seen concern in my face so that he reassured me from the start. Everything went like "clockwork", with no mess created while holes were cut in my ceiling. They had it "down to a science". THEN the project manager informed me that I DIDN'T NEED the heating system upgrade and that I was saving 2 grand! ALSO, when my thermostat "crashed" three weeks later they sent someone pronto who took time to figure it out. They refunded the service charge. I first chose them because of their well written add in the Yellow Pages-which answered most of questions from the start. It is hard to imagine better spent money on one's home-comfort wise.

I preferred the sales rep over the other highly recommended referral I had. He was much more informative and provided me with options on air filtering systems available

This is the second time we have had them to the house. They are neat, clean and I have to say that I am a bug about cursing. There was none of that because I baby sit my grandchildren and they were interacting with the kids while they were walking through the rooms and stuff. When they came in I asked them on which side of the house they were going to be and I told them what time the babies took naps. They worked around the timing that the babies took naps and worked on one that particular side of the house. We only have so many rooms and just can?t keep moving them around and they were very helpful with that. They came in at 7 and talked to e about how many kids I was babysitting hat day, because my daughter is a substitute and they were very good with that. The air-conditioning system was great and is the new type where you don?t need to install ducts all over. You don?t even know it?s on and don?t even hear it. It is heater, air-conditioner and also acts like a de-humidifier. When we first signed up with them, he told me approximate of two weeks and called up and said that there was an issue. He said that one of the guy?s dads had passed away and that he was going to take a couple of days. It was nice that he called me and told me that he was going to push it further and out and would call 3 days before they came and he did, so you could not ask for more from them. We also used them to change the whole heating system a year before.

They were very neat and they did an excellent job. We put in a new boiler it had to be installed by the authorized personnel. I do a lot of pipe work so I asked them to leave it here so that I can install it but they said no and they installed it. Their price was very good. They said that it will take four days to complete the work but they finished it in two and a half days.

THIS IS A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY AND THE WORK IS DONE WITH QUALITY. THE WORKERS ARE HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND THE AREA WAS LEFT CLEAN.
