All Weather Heating & Cooling

They installed a minisplit cooling system, with 3 exchanges June 2021. Since then it is not operating the way it should. In my bedroom with the door closed at night on cool at 70 degrees the humidity goes up to 80%. I wake up uncomfortable, change it from cool to dry mode. The humidity will go down into the 50% range but the temperature drops down to 62 or less! So in cool or dry mode I can't get a good nights sleep! They come and look at it and tell me everything is fine. I'm going to buy a window air conditioner tomorrow which seems insane because i spent $10,000 on this minisplit AC system!

They were fabulous, courteous, prompt, on time, and did excellent work. They even had the best price and the value was outstanding. They are a family owned business and I would highly recommend them. I am going to get a maintenance agreement with them in the future.

Kevin was great! The rest of the company not so much. Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge.

I was very happy with my service call today! The repairman, Scott, was knowledgeable and pleasant and wore a mask and gloves throughout., so I felt safe, despite the pandemic. He serviced both of my central air systems and diagnosed the problem with the malfunctioning one and fixed it. By the time he left my house was already a much more pleasant place to be!

We were desperate to find someone to repair our central air conditioning unit. We were not able to move into the house and everyone that we called was not able to accommodate us because of the recent heat wave. All Weather was able to get a technician to us within 2 days. Nuri was amazing and showed my husband how everything worked and what repairs needed to be done. By the time he left, we had a cool house and were able to set up our movers. Thanks to Angie’s list, I found a reputable company that was reliable and efficient. We can rest easy! Thank you!!!

Could not have gone smoother. Tech was very respectful of me and the house, did a fantastic installation and cleaned up everything as if they were never there. Gave me a full walk through and didn't leave until all was tested. New shut off valve, new flue, rehung expansion tank in a better location. Salesman stopped by during the installation to check on things. As it turns out, I believe they were the first to contact me as well after the listing and their price held up. All A+!

Very professionally done. They diagnose the problem and told me about it and then proceeded to fix it.

Worked with Joe from Sales to determine what type of A/C I needed, he was very helpful throughout the entire process and was patient with all the questions I had. Installation went smoothly, I was already doing house renovations so half my walls were already open so everyone knew what they were getting into. I like the fact there was a customer service rep who contacted me afterwards and said she would be my point of contact for any issues. I already asked her some clarification questions and she is responsive.

James Stone was really good. We had a little confusion about the rebate for the original furnace they were going to install but we came to an agreement and I received half of the rebate due to me not being qualified for the full rebate. I was more than satisfied and they were very accommodating. Everything is working great. He went out of his way to make me satisfied. Thank you for giving me this company's information.

Barie sent over a technician the same day and he diagnosed the problem very efficiently and properly I was very satisfied with the service and will use them again thank you again .

Installers arrived on time and everything went smoothly. Had to have them back a couple of times to balance out the rooms. Some were not cooling properly. After the third time they finally got it right. First technician was a younger guy who was not keen on going into the attic since it was hot up there. He didn't know what he was doing. Second guy the same. Third guy was an older tech that I made a comment about it being hot in the attic and his comment was that this was his job no matter the conditions. Very professional. Should have sent him the first time.

They installed central air conditioning in our house. They gave us the best price for what we wanted. Their installing technicians were extremely careful, clean, helpful and quiet. They installed a whole house (2 floors) system with 12 registers in 3 days. The air handler was installed in the attic and compressor was installed outside. I would recommend them to my best friend and I would use them again if I move to another house.

They were very good. They were just very upright with me. They got here on time. They were time. They're good. It was very good. I recommended them to my cousin.

We have an annual maintenance contract. If I needed a part in the past, the part is higher than on the market but they give good service contract. They are the ones for all the levels of service and it is a very good air conditioner. They do a good job. I would recommend them. They explain everything.

I had the equipment replaced, a brand new, super high efficiency, fancy, lovely stuff. It's a central air system, and it's Lennox equipment. It's high efficiency. You can get it for less than that, but you're not gonna get the high efficiency quiet and all that kind of stuff. I had received other quotes which were like more money for the same system. I have been using them since 1986. No complaints. They do their thing, and I can't fault them. I have a service contract with them for this.

A few hiccups but I like the quality overall

After contracting the installation, the company performed 2 walkthroughs to determine the BEST way to complete the installation. They determine the installation would take two days. The installation crew arrived early on both days. The installers and their work were neat and clean. They cleaned up after the installation, including vacuuming in the house. Dave, the chief installer, treated our house as if it was his. The equipment works as advertised. We could not be more satisfied with the work. From the first meeting to the last equipment check, VERY professional. The pictures show the compressor installed on the roof attached to the chimney, and the main inside unit installed between two windows.

Very well. Collaborative and skilled. So much so I asked for them to install a component I was planning to do myself and they did it faster.

I called All Weather to give me a quote for replacing my gas boiler. They set up a time for their salesperson to come over and give me a quote. The appointment was only a few days later and a man named Joe showed up on time. He spent some time with me, I told him I was looking for a new boiler and a new hot water heater, but I wanted to see what options I have (since I was debating going to a tankless water heater). He told me going indirect hot water tank is the best option and they always use this brand that's the "best one out there". Even though he may have been right, he didn't tend to my questions or concerns very well. I felt like he was getting annoyed that I had questions and eventually I just let him run the show just to get him out of my house faster. Especially when he gave me a quote of $8600, it was much higher than I was anticipating. One thing I really didn't like was when he said I'd have to get a permit since I live in an incorporated village, which would be an extra $500, meanwhile I already had another plumber tell me a permits only $200. So I went with another company. So even though I can't rate All Weather on their work quality, I didn't get a good feeling from their salesperson.

Called because heating system would not start up. The company came a short time later and found out the problem was a simple fix which involved adjusting the angle of a waterline. I highly recommend because the service was great and I had a very good overall vibe throughout the whole process.

They were very responsive, both during the phase when we were deciding whom to choose, and once the boiler was installed. Work was reasonably clean, and installation went well. All parts of old system removed from property. New system works well, and when tweaking was needed, service was prompt and attentive.

All Weather Temperature Control Inc. installed our first central air system back in 1994 and did a great job. Our Lennox system was still running with never a problem this year but I knew I was pressing my luck going into its 21st year of service. I got 3 estimates, 1 of which was All Weather. I only wanted Lennox since our experience was so good with their equipment. Joe who does proposals came right on time and promptly delivered quotes including options, all explained very well. We went back and forth a bit on other options and agreed on a system and price. All Weather handles all the rebates and the rebates specified were higher than the other 2 quotes. Not sure if someone was taking a piece on rebates with the others or just wrong about the rebates. Ray, a very experienced installation manager came to inspect the existing system next. He spent a good deal of time reviewing everything, up in the attic as well, measured everything and completed drawings. The installation was scheduled within a couple of weeks, only delayed a bit by my own work schedule. An experienced and very pleasant 3 man crew arrived in the morning at the time they said they would and worked hard all day completing the entire installation. Every bit of the old equipment was carted away. They worked efficiently and neatly, you couldn't even tell anything this major had gone on other than the visible new WiFi thermostat controller and the great looking compressor unit out back. I have been a customer since 1994 and I chose All Weather once more, still on a competitive basis, and I am very, very happy I did. I highly recommend All Weather.

I contacted All Weather Temperature Control to have a check on my central air conditioner unit and to give me an estimate for a replacement of my furnace/ac system. The technician (Mike) was punctual and courteous. There was nothing wrong with the ac and he performed a CO check and made sure that my furnace was working. The sales person/advisor Joseph came during the next visit. He was courteous and gave me a quote for a high efficiency system. After his visit I contacted him via email for another quote. He was prompt in answering. The company followed up with a letter. I have decided not to do the replacement at this time. My experience with the company so far has been very good.
