Description of Work: Replaced the boiler expansion tank (it was leaking), drain valve (leaking), and added additional drain and shutoff valves. The system had to be drained, the repairs completed, then all the radiators/baseboards had to be vented. He was here from around noon to nearly 6 pm. Everything worked well before he left.

Description of Work: I recently purchased a co-op in the area and used this company to perform a pre-closing inspection of the HVAC system. I am so glad I did. Erik, the technician gave a very thorough analysis of several problems with this system and strongly recommended that it be replaced. My neighbor who referred this company to me informed me that she has used them and found them to be very honest and reputable. I am in fact about to contract this company's service again to replace my entire HVAC system.
